Sergey Volodin (my go to guy) went over with me what I had scheduled and provided me with the cost of the services. Sergey came to see me at one point and explained that some additional servicing would be advisable. He explained the work in detail and again gave me the cost before the work was performed. The Work was all performed in the time estimated and with NO surprises on cost. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is hot and fresh. The only complaint is that the donuts are fresh and taste good, but don’t tell my wife I had one. All of my experiences at Rockingham Honda have been excellent and so is the staff. More
