The kinks have been worked out and I no longer dread taking my car in for maintenance. The updated online appt calendar is user friendly. The people on the service desk are always friendly and professional. My most recent visit was for an oil change with a airbag replacement scheduled for the following month. Dina asked if I would like to have the airbag taken care of that day. I appreciated her initiative and agreed to leaving the car for a couple hours. It's always good to leave the customer smiling!
