Rockingham Honda friendly dealership! First everyone is was really nice from the start and welcoming. To me that's very important especially when you're working with customers! I've been to places that are not welcoming, and I will just end up walking away. My sales person was named Alex Lopez. He is a good listener and he made sure that I was completely 100% satisfied. He always made sure he answered any question we had. I've been shopping around for a vehicle for two months from different dealers. Even sometimes going back to the same dealer to see what felt right as a vehicle and cost. The atmosphere was also important no one wants to purchase a vehicle from a place that makes you feel as if they're doing you a favor. Alex made us feel satisfied and made sure we were happy. That's why we decided to go with Honda in Rockingham NH. More

Disappointed for the first time with this dealership Took my sister to but a new CRV at Rockingham Honda as I have bought 6 Hondas from them over the past few decades. They have somehow lost the recipe f Took my sister to but a new CRV at Rockingham Honda as I have bought 6 Hondas from them over the past few decades. They have somehow lost the recipe for customer service and satisfaction! Had an appt made on line that got botched and we waited for a sales person.., then had a second sales person seek us out while we were waiting for a test drive! A little uncomfortable! This was not a big deal but when we went to pick up the car 2 days later with an appointed time,, it was not ready! We waited 1.5 hours and then realized that the car had been brought out 20 minutes earlier and no one was notified even though we were being apologize to every 10 minutes! Once we went out to the car with our embarrassed sales person (who had to use the remote to locate it!), I noticed the side trim we had bought was not installed. Another trip inside to find out why and was told it was not in stock but again not communicated! Will need to go back for an additional 3 hr appt to get this installed. Everyone was "sorry" but no real sense of concern for wasting our time! Do not plan on going back to this dealership! More

Terrible We checked for availability of a vehicle I saw on line, made an appointment with Elaine McLaughlin from Rockingham Honda, got out of work early drove We checked for availability of a vehicle I saw on line, made an appointment with Elaine McLaughlin from Rockingham Honda, got out of work early drove 3 hours down to the dealership arriving early for our appointment, looked over the car and as we were signing the paperwork the salesman got called to the front desk. They said that the car had just been sold to someone else. We heard them talking earlier that indicated that they had underpriced the car and we think that they didn't want to sell the car for the price they had advertised it for. We were there for almost an hour with no indication that there was someone else looking at the car. We had the keys in our hands. The salesman apologized and they gave us a tank of gas but we never even saw the manager, never mind get an apology. Just terrible. More
