Great auto service experience I went for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. The appointment was scheduled quickly and with a good time for me. When I arrived they took the car im I went for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. The appointment was scheduled quickly and with a good time for me. When I arrived they took the car immediately and informed me of the estimated wait time and cost. The car was ready earlier than estimated and I saved money with the senior discount. little pickups but over all great service Manny was my sales guys and he was wonderful! There were little problem during my purchase but were all address and corrected. The communication between different departments was really the problem.when i showed up manny was tired up. so while waiting for him some else started to assist me. the CRV that i picked out said it was a 2016 so we started the finance processes. Only to have Manny come over and tell me that the CRV i picked out isn't a 2016 its a 2015! so know i'm a little upset and was told that the manager would come over to re-discus the price if the CRV. After waiting 20 minutes for him to come over i told Manny that i had to leave and that i didn't want the CRV! Manny then went over to talk to the sales manager and he took 500 of the price of the CRV. Then when i came in to sign every thing i though the price was off. so i went home and did the math and sure enough it was 500 off i called Jamie and he said he would look into it and call me back. sue enough Jamie called me back said i was right and would take care if it! while talking to Jamie i added the Zurich shield Friday morning. so Saturday when i went to pick up my CRV no one one new it was suppose to be done! so then i have to leave with out my new car. so they could apply the shield. everyone was very apologetic and very nice! i just think if there was better communication my little pickups wouldn't have happened. my sister bought her car from you guys and every thing went so smooth and stress free. i just didn't have the same experience. again Jamie and Manny were very professional and very nice, everyone was nice and welcoming. i just think the communication isn't there. i also worked with Jill she was great very patient and understanding More
