I brought it in to Rockingham Honda this week and was beyond impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and speedy repairs - and they did it CORRECTLY this time, and took the time to explain the repairs and service to me so I understood exactly what they were doing, and made sure it was covered under my warranty. Once I arrived, I was instantly greeted by Carlos and man does he know his stuff. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the cars they had to offer. Carlos told me he was fairly new at Rockingham Honda and had only been there for about a month or so, but to be completely honest I had trouble believing that because of how professional and knowledgeable he was. I would of guessed he had been there for years. Carlos was able to set me up with a brand new 2018 Accord at an affordable price!! I will definitely be sharing my experience with friends and family as well as recommending everyone to go see Carlos! Nick is an amazing person, a low key sales person, not aggressive and rude and obnoxious like so many car salesman are known to be! He is the real reason I went back to Rockingham to buy my Honda. Nick helped me get my new Accord from a dealership in Maine. He offered me a reasonable price. He is a straight shooter and tells you what he can and cannot do, and he is trustworthy. I am so sad to know that he is no longer at Rockingham. I also appreciated Ashley Michelin's help and Gabe's help, along with Brad Hurd's help with financing. Luis Meija has also been extremely friendly and helpful whenever I call or need assistance. Primarily due to Nick and the sales team and Brad Hurd, I am rating my experience very positively at Rockingham. More

Leased a 2018 HRV Very positive experience. Carlos, Nate & Jaime were very helpful. Surprisingly process was low pressure and required very little negotiation as their Very positive experience. Only glitch is they lost my daughter's driver's license and despite a good amount of urging didn't find it for 48 hours but eventually did and called us right away. More
