He extended himself beyond the reach of an ordinary salesperson to make certain that we were completely satisfield with our 2011 Honda CRV-EX in Urban Titannium that we took delivery on 3/26/11. Today as I returned to pick up the vehicle registration have a Pursuit remote start installed and have a cargo mat installed he made sure that everything was satisfactory. Ryan is an outstanding salesman (top salesman). Jerry Malone the New Car Manager is also to be commended for his hospitality and his friendly professional mannerism being certain that their customers are happy with the sale. The Service Dept. managed by Curt saw to it that my job was done in a timely manner and that I was pleased with them along with one of their senior techs "Greg" who installed the new remote along with two other items that were ordered. He made certain that I was completely satisfied with his work and thoroughly explained everything that he did. Justin a Service Dept. writter should be mentioned as well, for his professionalism, knowledge of the products and mannerism that he treated me as well as other customers that he delt with. I went to Rockingham Honda when my truck died (may it rest in peace). Gerry Malone, sales manager asked what i was looking for. I told him i has seen that he had 2 civi hybrids in stock and I was interes rest in peace). Gerry Malone, sales manager asked what i was looking for. I told him i has seen that he had 2 civi hybrids in stock and I was interested in the 2010. (the Rockingham web site is very easy to navigate). Gerry was very helpful and quickly set my wife and I up with Cledo and a test drive. Gerry was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Cledo was also very well versed in the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We decided that was vehicle for us and Marshall made the process very easy and painless. We had our car that night, with a full tank of gas. What a relief to now be without a vehicle for more than a day. Before we left we were given the tour of the service department, which seems to run like a well oiled machine. O and they even sent a tow truck out of state to get my vehicle that they took as a trade. This is not my first vehicle or my first new vehicle but it was the best experience yet. I know where we are buying our next vehicle, Rockinham Honda. Thank you to all that helped us, especially our salesman, Cledo and the Sales Manager Gerry Malone. More

The reason I use his name so much is that's how pleased with the experience I am. I'm telling everyone about him. I have bought about 2 dozen cars...mostly new...and the ordeal of "doing it" is never a pleasant one. Not until I connected with Jerry. He is the sales manager at Rockingham Honda. I had him in the toughest position of all .....I think.......I called the showroom and a manager actually answered. I called after I had been on the phone with three other dealers for pricing on the Accord .....prompted by an ad from Herb Chambers.....but then the call to Rockingham and Jerry. I bought the car from Jerry because of the way he "handled" me .......more of a helper than a seller......He was not the cheapest but I feel he earned (pricewise) a little more. You know what I mean.....when you go to dinner you don't always go to McDonalds......sometimes you pay a little more and get more. More

Steve Paley made the purchase of our new Honda Pilot the easiest car purchase we have ever made (and there have been plenty). From beginning to end he took the time to really listen to what we were looking easiest car purchase we have ever made (and there have been plenty). From beginning to end he took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and answered each question or concern we had honestly and thoroughly without making us feel like a bother or we were being rushed. If I called to ask a question he responded quickly. It was just the right amount of attention without being pushy. I knew the moment that I met him if I was going to buy a Honda it would be from him. When we made our decision that another Honda was in fact for us we went in and reviewed what we were looking for. We told him our monthly budget and braced ourselves for the battle between dealer and customer that we've always encountered. Those countless trips back to the manager to get closer to an agreeable price. To our relief that didn't happen. The whole process from start to finish to agree on a price took no more then 15-20 minutes. It was refreshing to purchase a car and not have to waste 45 minutes going back and forth only to get up and walk out to start all over at another dealer. I tend to have very high expectations, or so my husband says :) and Steve exceeded them. The dealership itself isn't as flashy as others nearby and could without a doubt use some updating. Having said that, if Steve is any indication, it's clear that their top priority is customer satisfaction. They don't need the over-sized buildings with marble floors to sell their product. They offer great prices and exemplary customer service and in the end that's all that matters to me. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Honda take the time to talk to Steve. You won't be disappointed. I will, without a doubt, refer any friends and family to him and feel comfortable that they'll walk out as satisfied as we were. More
