A frustrating trip all together. They told me to go wait for the shuttle in the waiting room [with my children, car seats and all], and then they forgot about us. 45 minutes later, when I asked [for the se for the shuttle in the waiting room [with my children, car seats and all], and then they forgot about us. 45 minutes later, when I asked [for the second time] if the shuttle was coming, they jumped into action. I brought my vehicle in with a know issue and asked it to be fixed. They did not contact me to discuss their diagnosis. I called them 3 1/2 hours later only to discover that the parts needed ordering and "I" missed the ordering deadline for the day by 1/2 hour! "I" missed the deadline??? When I inquired about pricing for the parts and labor, I was told "I don't know...$500 or $600." Well, which is it? I told them that I would have to think about it....i.e. bring it somewhere else, because their Customer Service is horrible. At that point I was told I could come get the vehicle at any time. I asked for the shuttle to pick us up and was told he would notify the shuttle and then CALL ME BACK. He did not. The shuttle driver showed up an hour later in my driveway. I guess I am glad he even came, so I could retrieve my vehicle and pay for my 5 hour oil change. Overall, very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go up to Autofair Honda. It is worth the trip! More
This dealership offered the most pleasant experience of any I've been to. Josh (sales) was at ease and knowledgeable. David (sales) was thorough and enthusiastic. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant, easy to deal with, and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy. Their objective is to find the car that suits the customer in both model and price. I felt that if I, the customer, were happy, then they are happy. My wife and I were thinking about another new vehicle. We were close to the end of our leased Toyota Camry and we wanted to test drive the Honda CRV. Earlier in the day we test drove the Rave. After speaking with Ryan Spada and taking the Honda CRV out for a test drive, we were immediately convinced the Honda was a much better choice and superior vehicle. When we sat and spoke with Ryan, it was a great experience. I have purchased many automobiles over the past 40 years and I enjoyed speaking with Ryan and his Sales Manager Jerry about the vehicle and what they could do for us. Absolutely no pressure. Having visited other dealers during the week, I was dreading the car saleman nonsense. We were very pleased with the professional treatment and they were extemely accomondating and provied us with a total price package that was extememly fair and resonable. We were so pleased with the purchase of the CRV that my daughter was ready to trade her 7 year old Honda Civic for a new Accord Coupe and Ryan and Jerry once again went out of their way to meet her financial limits and sold her a new Accord!! If your looking for a Honda and want to be treated professionally, which makes the car buying experience a plus, then go see Ryan and Jerry. You will not be sorry. More

The best part was after the sale was done and we came to pick up the car. We spent some time talking with John, Tony and Jerry and they were down to earth good guys and yes they really do care about the customer. HONESTY, SINCERITY and INTEGRITY!! Need I say more?? Steve suggested a great route for my test drive, understood and clearly explained the features of the vehicle, and worked fairly and swiftly throughout the negotation process. Steve's professionalism and customer service are top notch and should be referenced as a benchmark for anyone who is looking to be a sucessful car sales person.
