I can honestly say that this was the easiest and no hassle car buying experience. My wife and I were browsing the CR-V at the lot on Wednesday evening. I asked for the best bottom price, Steve pointed to Jerry and said “he will give you the best price”. So Jerry did. Back to dealership on Saturday morning, test drove one but was not the color we want, Steve said that they can get the color we like, and so we moved on to get the financing done. Marshall got it approve in 15 minutes. Week later, Steve called and set up the time for us to pick up the car. I sat down with Jerry to sign the documents. 2009 I bought my first Honda Accord from Rockingham Honda. In July I went to Jaffarian Toyota Haverhill, Ma., to see about a 2011 Venza because I saw it on TV and needed a 5th door for my dog tran Honda. In July I went to Jaffarian Toyota Haverhill, Ma., to see about a 2011 Venza because I saw it on TV and needed a 5th door for my dog transportation and need to have a mobility seat put in for my son, (which I could not have put in my Honda Accord), who has Fredrick Atakzia, a life expectancy progressive bone deteriorating disability. I was not happy with Jaffarian employees assuming I was just going to take what they were going to give me. Jaffarian brought a car down from Laconia, NH with the wrong color interior (tan), as I had requested gray; because of the transportations of a wheelchair, dog, and my granddaughters carriage, I needed something that did not show the dirt so much. Before I saw the car they had me sign papers, then they brought me to the lot to see the car. Right away, within 3 to 5 minutes, I said I did not want this car, It is not the color interior I requested. Without going into my whole sad story which started on July 29, 2011, until Sept., still and hiring two lawyers to help me, which to no avail I had to come up with a solution myself and still had to pay two lawyers. My solution was to have my lawyer offer $5000.00 to Jaffarian Toyota to get my title of my car back from them, which was what they were going to give me for my car. Gary Jaffarian of Jaffarian Toyota accepted the offer. On August 1 or so, 2011, I turned around and came right back to Rockingham Honda, where I should have gone in the first place, but I did not know that Honda also had Mobility seats installed in their automobiles, an told Ryan Spada, Jerry Malone, and Tony Giannone my story. I also told them what I wanted and needed to accomadate my son, right away they stood by me and helped my get the car (Honda CRV) I wanted and needed. Ryan Spada, an employee of Rockingham Honda, Salem, NH, brought the car to Ride-Away in Londonderry, NH, to have a Mobility Seat installed for my son. All of August the Honda CRV sat at Ride-Away, being held up from the Mobility seat being put in; because, I was still being held accountable for the ownership of the Toyota that I did not want. Ryan Spada, Jerry Malone and Tony Giannone stood by me and did their best to hold onto the 2011 Honda CRV that I wanted. The end of my story is ROCKINGHAM HONDA, SALEM, NH, is the place to go FIRST AND LAST. The employees in car sales and customer service have a quality of professionalism and friendliness you will find nowhere else. I am forever grateful for everything they have done for me and my son. When I called Ryan Spada on Wednsday, August 7, 2011, at 3:15 p.m., to tell him I just left Ride-Away for having my son try out the Mobility seat and that Ride-Away would be calling him to let him know he could pick up the car anytime, Ryan said to me, "is that a hint?". Naturally, I said "Oh, yes". Ryan went right up to get the car and called me at 5:30 p.m. the same evening and told me he had the car back at ROCKINGHAM HONDA, SALEM, NH. What a guy.
