We found the car buying experience at Rockingham Honda to be exceptional. From the first contact with Ryan Spada, we had the feeling that there was a genuine interest in working with us to understand and me be exceptional. This feeling was reinforced when we met the sales managers, Tony Giannone and Jerry Malone. No high pressure. There is a family atmosphere here that is different and refreshing. At the same time, the deal we received was competitive with those offered by other larger dealerships. You will not compromise price by dealing with this "smaller" dealership. You will simply avoid the traditional hassles of the "high pressure" car buying experience. Although they did not have the car with the specific features and colors that we wanted, we were impressed with how quickly they found and delivered our car. The paperwork and orientation process when we picked up the vehicle was seamless and thorough. Rockingham Honda was not the most convenient location for us to buy our car. We chose to buy our 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring there because of the people we met, the way they treated us, and the deal we were offered. We will return to Rockingham Honda for our car purchases in the future. More

I bought a new 2011 Honda EXL, and I can say that this was the best experience I've had when buying a new or a used vehicle. At age 78, please know that I've bought quite a few vehicles in the past. I want to include that the "peripherals" such as taking care of the out-of-dtate- sales tax, registering the vehicle, and taking the time to explain the important details and features of the new vehicle, financing details, etc. were appreciated as well very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, and in particular, the expertise that Ryan Spada passed on to me as a buyer. I don't quite understand your optional question #2 below.
