His patience and liaison relationship with his Sales Manager, Tony, and his Financial Manager, Ron, was a great way to make our experience feel more real and professional. Not only did they mesh well in helping us, Ryan made sure we were comfortable every step of the process. At one point, he even allowed me to test drive the first car to shut on my driveway lights at home in order to spend more time becoming more knowledgeable about the right car. Once back at the dealership I was able to then my time asking all my questions and getting all of them answered to satisfaction. He was also very helpful in answering all the questions my husband had regarding the specifications and performance questions he had. We were very glad to have had Ryan Spada as our car buying CR-V expert. We have a lot of faith he'll always pull for us going forward as well. His persistence in not letting go of our rapport was well worth it in the end, and never did we feel uncomfortable nor awkward with his sales demeanor.
