I was looking for a certified Honda Civic and I fell in love with one at Rockingham Honda. I worked with Ryan Spada and Tony the sales manager. Tony was so great too, he took the time to really get to know me which you don't see in sales too much. I needed the car pretty fast since my old one was pretty much done with over 200,000 miles. I originally called for a test drive of another car which had been sold by the time I got to the dealership the next morning. In order to achieve great customer service, I would have expected a call to let had been sold by the time I got to the dealership the next morning. In order to achieve great customer service, I would have expected a call to let me know. However, since I was there I did test drive another car. It did meet my needs although it was 1 model year later with more miles thatn the original. To make a long story short, I decided that the car was acceptable. Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. As when buying any car, negotiating a price is always an issue. I have never been a fan of the way any car dealer works toward a price. Oh well! Another small point related to customer service was that I only received 1 key for the car requiring me to get another. Overall, the process was smooth and quick. I had a good experience and would highly recommend Ryan as a sales representative to work with. More

The salesman I dealt with was new, but he wasn't pushy at all. If he didn't know the answer to a question I had, he went and got me an answer right away. They kept their promise and even though I took a similar model out for a test drive, once the color I wanted arrived, they had me take that one out for a test ride to make sure I was completely happy with the vehicle. I went to Rockingham Honda after first going to a local Honda dealer and I was more impressed with the way I was treated at Rockingham. The salesman took him time to go over all of the features in my new CR-V. Other family members have purchased from Rockingham before and they were extremely happy with the service they received as well. Since this is my first Honda, I hope to have as good an experience with the service department as I did with the sales department. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
