I've been doing business with this dealership for 20 years so obviously I like how I've been treated and I especially like the Honda product line. The CRV LX is proving to be exactly what I want in a car. As for the Sales staff, they made be feel comfortable and not the least bit pressured to buy. Ryan was excellent to work with. Made getting a new lease very painless. Got a wonderful deal on a newer model of the Honda Pilot-and was able to even negiotiate getting a car starter in the new car! lease very painless. When we first got there Ryan came out and introduced himself. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and he was very nice to her. We decided to leave for awhile and he told us that we came back for a test drive to let us know when we would be back and he would have the car for us to drive. Never once was he pushy. We actually went to another Honda dealer and we did not like the vibe we got there. It just was not the friendly and comfortable as we were at Rockingham. We called Ryan back and let him know we were on our way back. We took the car for a test drive and he answered all the questions that we had Once again he was very patient with our daughter. We fell in love with the car. We talked and he gave us a price with was perfect. He made buying our car so easy. Then we set up a time to pick up the car. We got there about 15 mins early and Ryan was outside making sure that is was clean. Everything was ready for us, there was no waiting around. We met with the business manager who was very nice, then went over the books with Ryan. He took us outside and sat in the car with us to make sure that we knew how to work everything. He even showed my daughter how to use the DVD player. We are very pleased with our experience. More
