My wife is a returning customer to Rockingham Honda. She My wife is a returning customer to Rockingham Honda. She bought a brand new CRV back in 2005 and just traded it in for the 2012 CRV. Having Ryan as My wife is a returning customer to Rockingham Honda. She bought a brand new CRV back in 2005 and just traded it in for the 2012 CRV. Having Ryan as the salesperson made the experience very enjoyable. He's very knowledgeable about the different class of trucks we looked at and took his time going through everything and answering every single question we had. I will recommend this dealership to any friend or family member and will definitely go back in the future. Looking forward to see the new building closer to home. More

Hi, My name is Randall Vetrone and I purchased a 2012 Accord from Rockingham Honda. I was shopping for a new Accord for a few months before my purchase and had experience with 5 other dealerships, 2 from Accord from Rockingham Honda. I was shopping for a new Accord for a few months before my purchase and had experience with 5 other dealerships, 2 from Ma. and 3 from N.H. not including Rockingham Honda. The experience that I'm referring to is with price, salespeople, honesty of dealership etc.. The overall customer service at Rockingham was top notch. The salesperson Ryan Spada was experienced, friendly, honest, clean, and knowledgeable. The manager of Rockingham and the financial department were friendly, honest, and professional too. The quality of the Accord is what you expect from Honda. Beautiful exterior with all the right curves and the headlights and tail lights are some of the best features. The interior is well thought out with all the modern hook ups you need in the 21th century. Such as USB ports, outlets for tom tom's and more. Rockingham was one of the LOWEST priced dealerships of all the ones I went to. My salesman Ryan Spada is the best. After the purchase right before I left he showed me how everything worked in the car. The lights, adapters for gadgets, locks, the key and how to do the doors and trunk with it, seats like how to adjust and lay them down, how to fuel the car, etc.. He also made sure it was filled with gas. If you don't want to be lied to, have a bait and switch done to you, or have a dealer lie about the price just to get you down there to pressure you to buy than go to Rockingham. They are the only dealer that did NOT do any of those practices of selling cars to me. Take care, Randall Vetrone More
We leased a new Odyssey today. Leading up to this lease, I had really done my homework. I was working with three area dealerships to try to find the best financial deal. Although Rockingham Honda appears to be a smaller dealership, their pricing came in comparably to other big dealerships. And their fees were lower. Where Rockingham really won me over, though, was the atmosphere. It was calm, friendly, and professional--almost laid-back. No pressure. We met Ryan Spada when we arrived. He took our information and went right to work to get our trade appraised and to show us a vehicle comparable to the one we were looking for. Ryan was thorough in showing us the features of the car and making sure our questions were answered. He was AWESOME with our small children, who were bored and fussy some of the time we were there. Ryan found us exactly the car we were looking for within a couple of days. When it came time to pick up the car, Ryan was incredibly thorough in showing us the features of our car, going over the manuals, and even introducing us to the members of the service team. He took nothing for granted. We appreciated that. Overall, we think that Rockingham Honda is the kind of place where people STILL matter. While I have dreaded the car-buying experience in the past, this was actually pleasant. We will absolutely buy from them again. And we're referring our friends. More

During the buying process, I was given a tour of the facility and was introduced to the sales, parts and service managers, as well as many of the other employees. They worked with me on the negotiation of the price and my trade-in. I feel they were fair on their pricing. After the sale,they hold an informative meeting for all the new & used Honda owners. The owner of the business introduced himself to us and gave us the history of his business, as well as his philosophy on what business practices they give to their customers. He prides himself on the old fashioned ways of dealing with customers, when you call, you don't get an automated voice message but a live person. And also, he is available to speak to with any concerns you may have. A good old fashioned way of business! Nice to see in this day and age. Which for me, I liked very much. We also heard from the sales manager and parts manager. It was a very interesting meeting that informed us about the required maintenance and alert lights on the instrument panel. We were also informed about the other services they offer, like drive-through $4.00 replacement blades for the wipers, free low air tire fills, drive through oil changes and much more. We received a free oil change certificate along with 10% off parts. Our sales person was made available to go through the car with us if we had any further questions about our new/used Honda vehicles. All in all,it was a great buying experience! More
