My husband and I had visited 4 other car dealers before coming to Rockingham Honda. Ryan listened carefully, memorized our list of options we were looking for in a car, then went to discuss this with the manager. In a very short while he showed us a car in the showroom, and it was for sale because it had been a sales demo,and he said it would be discounted, if we were interested. He made sure it met our needs before he offered us to take it for a test ride. Inspecting it, we knew this was the car for us and we took it out while Ryan sat in the back seat and described all the options and features of this car. He never was impatient with our questions, but took the extra step to make sure we understood all the options. We did buy the car and Ryan stayed with us to the very last good-bye three hours later. He explained the manuals with us,then he accompanied us to the service department and made sure we met several service people and were familiar with the servicing procedures Everyone was extremely cordial, answered all our questions and extended to us a big welcome to the Honda family. Ryan then spent time with us at the car, showing and explaining all the buttons, seat adjustment, and the blue tooth set up, etc. He would not leave us until he made sure we were well versed about the car. Ryan is truly an exceptional sales person and looks way beyond the sale. He treated us like his parents with respect, patience and kindness.
