I had a great experience with the Honda Dealership. Everything from my initial contact with Live Chat ion their website to delivery of the vehicle. He quickly sent the email he promised and within the hour I was at the dealer getting my trade in appraised. Brian and Ryan stayed late to help sort out financing and do a test drive. I offered to come back the next day and they insisted it was not an issue working late. The next day Ryan called to let me know everything was set and I scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. The whole process would have lasted 30 min that day if it weren't for my insurance company and lein holder on my old car placing us on hold when we called. Ryan sensed I was anxious to get moving so he made sure he hit all the important points on the vehicle before I drove off, which was much appreciated as there is A LOT to this vehicle. As he was going through the features he noticed the right tire had low air and he corrected it before I pulled away. Great experience with a very friendly team. I highly recommend them. More

This was a great experience.! I had been to several dealerships over the last few weeks and had finally decided on the CRV. When I called Rockingham Honda and said I would be coming in and still had a dealerships over the last few weeks and had finally decided on the CRV. When I called Rockingham Honda and said I would be coming in and still had a few questions they said that was fine. I live an hour away and by the time I walked in they had a car for me to try and answers to my questions. Justin who was very new to the company had just gone through training and was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Brian was helping him out because I was Justin's first sale. I thought that both Brian and Ryan Spada did a wonderful job of helping Justin with the sales process and paperwork and I was impressed with how much time they took with me and making sure I knew all bout my new car. Joe Sheehan was wonderful to work with. Very little "haggling" to agree on price. Actually met the person Joe worked with on price. This past Saturday was spent driving around looking for a good used car for my daughter, we found a few that were ok but we weren't ready to buy any of them. We went to Rockingham Honda Saturday evening jus good used car for my daughter, we found a few that were ok but we weren't ready to buy any of them. We went to Rockingham Honda Saturday evening just after it closed. We were slowly driving through the parking lot picking out cars that she liked, although it was raining, Ryan Spada came out to ask if we needed any help. We didn't know at the time that they had already closed for the evening but he offered to let her test drive a brand new Honda Civic coupe. He patiently answered all of our questions and even took us up to Honda's other lot further up the street to show her other colors that were available. We were able to lease a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe for a very affordable price with the option for her to buy it outright in 3 years for a very good price. My 18 year old daughter has never been happier.
