I have switched dealers due to having my 2010 Honda serviced from Grappone (prices too high) to Rockingham. Then I went on line to check out the 2013 and my first phone call was to Keith Adams and he serviced from Grappone (prices too high) to Rockingham. There were couple visit to review everything and options. David within the Finance group was great too. I brought everyone some ziti and meatballs just as a token for Thank You! Also, in the past I have worked with Curt and he is great. When I was in the showroom talking with Keith Adams Curt acknowledged me which is a nice touch to have Rockingham remember customers by their name too! Hopefully, the service continues and very happy I made the switch which started with the service and now buying a new 2013 Honda. I have owned Honda cars since 2001 and by far are the best cars. Ryan Spada was EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, enthuastic & not overbearing. He took time to show me all the nuances of the CR-V. I returned with my husband to pick up the new vehicle, he again took time to show him also how to work all the new gadgets. C'mon, we all know, no one ever opens up the Owner's Manual. I can't wait for them to get the fancy smancy new showroom. The atmosphere needs to beam pride just like the staff beams pride! I bought my last car there 10 years ago. Physical environment hasn't changed much, including the outside banner instead of a real sign. Always thought it seemed so temporary, as if to say "we're not really in business for the long haul". So until the new bldg is built, please don't let the fake wooden tables steer you away. This place is FOR REAL!!!! More
