Walked in with my husband and Ryan greeted us at the door. We were there to look at the Pilot and the CR-V. I took the Pilot for a test drive and loved it. I still wanted to go look at a couple other door. We were there to look at the Pilot and the CR-V. I took the Pilot for a test drive and loved it. I still wanted to go look at a couple other vehicles, but pretty much knew that this was the car i wanted. Ryan talked to us like normal people and not like a sleey, tweed wearing salesman. I felt very comfortable with Ryan and his staff. I would definitely go back there and refer people to Rockingham Honda. I only have one complaint which is more a matter of preference. They gave me the vehicle that night. I have always come back to pick up my new vehicle so they can get it ready. I would have preferred that they kept the vehicle till the accessories could be installed and the car could have been detailed. I went back the next day since the vehicle was dirty on the outside (the cleaning crew had already left for the day by the time we closed the deal). Ryan was kind enough to go with me to the car wash and had the car's exterior washed. I did feel kind of rushed that evening of taking the car home because i really wanted to go thru all the items in my old vehicle instead of hastily and quickly switching things over. If I had to do it again, I would have insisted that I would pick it up the next day. Ryan gets 5 stars from me!!! More

The dealership is flawlessly honest with their customers -- something I don't think I've ever seen to this degree in any other dealership. Keith was a fantastic salesman -- patient, honest, and wanted to spend as much time as needed to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Overall, the best experience buying a new car we could have had. We'll be back for service, and for all our new car needs as well. More

I have been looking for a new car for the past several months. I was trying to do most of my research on line to avoid pushy sales people/managers and to save time. I started corresponding with Terry Wong who was quickly to respond to any questions I had. He suggested I visit the dealership to get a price on my trade. That is when I met Amiee Lassard. She was wonderful! I did not feel pressured at all! She answered all of my questions and helped the process go as smoothly as possible. I felt very comfortable working with her.
