I brought the car in to have an area on the hatch door that had been chipped (my fault) repaired. John Green was very thorough in explaining exactly what the process to repair it would entail. I had specified to John that I was very particular as evidenced by the fact that I was bothered by something so trivial as a chip but the car is only a few months old and I wanted it to continue to look like a new car as long as possible. The car was supposed to have been ready for pick up the next day but John called in advance to let me know that knowing how particular I am, he made the decision to keep the car for an extra day to give it an additional finishing treatment. I told him that I trusted his judgement and I was glad he had gone ahead and made the decision to do that. That kind of going the extra yard comes from a pro paying attention and reading his customer well enough to know enough to make that decision. I was glad he did because the car looked perfect. You would never know that it had been repaired and painted. Thank you to Rockingham Honda and especially to Mr. John Green. More

We would like to express our gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Rockingham Honda Dealership of Salem, NH. Our 2003 Honda Odessey had an ignition problem of some kind. Inserting and exceptional service provided by Rockingham Honda Dealership of Salem, NH. Our 2003 Honda Odessey had an ignition problem of some kind. Inserting and turning the key to start the vehicle was a difficult task. This problem was initially observed over two years ago. Due to high repair cost, we decided NOT to fix the problem at that time. Recently, while having the oil changed I mentioned this problem to John Green. He mentioned there was a recall on the car which may fix the problem. Upon picking up the vehicle, we were overjoyed to learn our problem was fixed thanks to John and his team at Rockingham Honda. We saved hundreds of dollars and are very appreciative of John's efforts. If not for this efforts, we would have continued driving the car, leaving the keys in the ignition while unattended, taking the risk of the car being stolen, or even worse, my wife and kids being stranded somewhere. I cannot put into words how happy we are to have this problem fixed and the cost savings we realized in the process. John Green and his team repaired the ignition(tumblers etc) at NO cost. I am not sure the actual RECALL addresses our ssue. John and his crew went out of their way, above and beyond the call of duty, to save us money, and most importantly, keep our family safe. We purchased two Honda vehicles(2003) because of Honda's reputation for high quality and reliability. I must admit that in light of this problem, this image in my eyes has been tarnished because of this and other problems (Power Window motors died in two front windows of 2003 accord). However, my faith in the integrity and ethical behavior of the Honda service business unit has been restored. I arrived at Rockingham Honda today 8-31-13 out of desperation. My rear window would not close. With impending rain storms ahead I was a bit panicked. I was immediately greeted by Dave Adams who walked me through the service process. Dave and John Green assessed my issue with the window and fixed the problem right then and there. How is that for service! I was in and out of there within the hour. I am very pleased and will service my vehicle there going forward. On a sunday trip i discovered my oil cap missing and oil all over my engine. I pulled into the nearest Honda dealer, Rockingham. I was treated like a valued customer. Parts dept was closed but they fou all over my engine. I pulled into the nearest Honda dealer, Rockingham. I was treated like a valued customer. Parts dept was closed but they found me a matching cap from another 2010 Honda in stock. And no charge. I was worried about losing oil on a 300 mile trip and they covered me!
