I brought the van in for an oil change and David was upfront and told me that it could take an hour and a half to get done. I took my two small children next door for lunch and when we got back about a upfront and told me that it could take an hour and a half to get done. After about 10 minutes the paperwork came out, I paid and off we went. Though I am not sure why an oil change takes over an hour, I was glad it was done sooner than expected. More

Our salesperson Ryan Spada, was very considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable of the Honda product. He was also supportive after the sale, as was the staff in the Service department (Paul Phifer), who confirmed a few issues with the car and did a great job making sure they were taken care of. I would not hesitate to visit Rockingham Honda again in the future. More

I came in at 11 am. He said it would be ready by noon and it was ready before that. I was extremely pleased with everything, including the cost. Thank you!
