I have always been treated well by all the employees that I have contact with. I find it to be a friendly atmosphere and have had exceptional service. From the moment my husband and I entered the door to the dealership, we felt that Ryan Spada really cared about us as customers, he listened to what features we desired in a new Honda Accord, took us on a l dealership, we felt that Ryan Spada really cared about us as customers, he listened to what features we desired in a new Honda Accord, took us on a lengthy test drive, and while riding, explained many of the fabulous features of the 2014 Honda Accord. We left the dealership that day with a WOW feeling. We did want to test drive one or two more types of cars in that class which we did. However, we went back to Rockingham Honda, and again, Ryan took us on one more test drive to make sure the ride was as great as it was two days before. It sure was and we are now proud owners of the 2014 Honda Accord. When we did go to pick up the car Ryan spent a little over an hour going over the manuals with us as well as personally sitting with us in the car to demonstrate all the features. The time, support, and expertise Ryan Spada gave my husband and I was outstanding....we could not be happier. More
I purchased my Honda Crosstour from Rockingham and have serviced it there since. I think that the service prices are generally higher than other Honda dealers in the area and that more discounts should be serviced it there since. For nearly two years, we have had an ongoing issue with the IMA system in our Honda Civic Hybrid. After taking it to several other dealerships who weren't able to determine any problems, we took it to Roc the IMA system in our Honda Civic Hybrid. After taking it to several other dealerships who weren't able to determine any problems, we took it to Rockingham. From the start, Rockingham (and Paul in particular) took the problem and owned it. They promised the car would not be returned to me until it was performing as it should. Through weeks of testing, part replacements, diagnostics and logged test drives, the root cause was determined, fixed, and the car returned to its peak performance. Paul really supported me throughout the entire long repair process, wouldn't stop until all problems were resolved, and ultimately fixed a major issue in a car that two other dealerships didn't even see. Special praise also for Curt the service manager, who clearly runs the kind of service department that allows employees like Paul to own problems and fix them no matter how long or complex the issues are, finding the root cause and not just putting a band-aid over a symptom, even though that would be the easier thing to do. Paul and Curt and the entire Rockingham service team have earned all of my service business for my three Hondas. They won't be going anywhere else. More
I dealt with 2 Honda Service Advisors. The first advisor was Lance and the other was either John Green or Paul Phifer...could not see their pics on the survey with the list of names (maybe move the pics to was Lance and the other was either John Green or Paul Phifer...could not see their pics on the survey with the list of names (maybe move the pics to the left of their names and not the right). Would've liked someone to come up to me as I drove into the building to tell me what to do. Was my first time there and the guys just seemed too busy taking care of other business. Figure out what to do with all those flys flying around...they were annoying. More
