all people were very pleasant. David worked great with me via email prior to my arrival and Garrett was wonderful. Things that can be improved: Let the customer know if they are attempting to have a co-signed agreement that the process is significantly longer from a credit approval perpsective(i was trying to get my daughter some credit history so figured it would be a good idea to add her to the lease, even though my credit score was above 800 the approval for co-signing for someone with no credit history took 2.5 hours. Once i got this and we were ready to leave with the new car the finance manager asked where was the insurance rider(no one told us we needed that - suggest that early on in the process you let the customer know if they want to take the car off the lot that day they need to contact their insurance company). Also suggest you let the customer know if they is a co-signer that the insurance company may force you to take out a new policy and not allow you to add to your current policy and that the new policy could be more expensive than it would have been to add it to the current policy. Bottom line if i were told up front that co-signing could take hours longer and increase my insurance costs i would not have gone through the process to co-sign and could have saved 3 hours time. The only other negative comment that i have is when we were signing the agreements the finance manager throws in this $350 "other costs" charge if we don't buy the car at the end of the lease. At that time after being there with my daughter for 4 hours i had two options sign or completely bring my daughter to tears and walk out. I chose to keep my daughters dream alive however, next time all the hidden costs should be explained up front. I had an issue with my Honda CRV's battery. The car was purchased from this dealership in 2012, and over the last month I noticed that the car has been "sluggish" to start resulting in my concern with was purchased from this dealership in 2012, and over the last month I noticed that the car has been "sluggish" to start resulting in my concern with the battery. Recognizing that the battery was still under warranty, I contacted the service department when the vehicle did not start (1/3/14) and I needed the services of AAA. The person who answered the phone, indicated that my issue was due to the cold weather conditions. However, I observed that other cars seemed to start without incident and found this argument to be illogical. He directed me to stop by the service center and have someone "check the battery." When I came to the service department, Paul was quick to assess my concerns, explained that the car's computer system required an update and that he would check the battery and replace if necessary. He was friendly and reassuring. I felt that I had left my car in competent hands and happily went to the waiting area. While in the waiting area, I noticed that it was comfortable and the amenities were exceptional. I have to say that the restroom was even clean! The service took less time than anticipated and Paul shared the results of his work on my vehicle. Despite the less than warm reception I received by the person who answered the phone, I was thrilled with my visit and would most certainly return for other work. I am even considering having some additional features added to the vehicle because of my most recent experience. I have a trusted mechanic who I have worked with for well over 25 years and now I would add Paul among those that I would trust to take care of my vehicle. More
I am a woman, and I feel that the folks at the service center treat me with respect and explain things clearly to me without treating me as if I were stupid. I drive over 40 minutes to this place for service, passing other places (including another Honda Dealership) that could service my Odyssey. I really like this place. More

I had an excellent visit and 2 informative test drives, which convinced me to come back after some more car shopping. I had an emergency when my battery died on a single digit temperature day. Rockingham Honda piccked my vehicle up and performed the work required to get the car back on the road. They also performed an inspe temperature day. Rockingham Honda piccked my vehicle up and performed the work required to get the car back on the road. They also performed an inspection and fond a worn belt and saved me from a potential future emergency. I also had an issue with the vehicle I was driving with low tire pressure and Dave took my car and checked all the tires and filled them for me without question. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
