Starting with providing me with the absolute best price I could possibly find in all of New England, the dealership made my experience wonderful. Finally, when I decided to purchase, the dealership made everything easy, and Ashley and Terry had all the paperwork handled quickly and efficiently. There was no pressure, it was very casual and friendly. Finally, on the day I went to finalize everything and pick up the car, it was ready to go and couldn't have looked any better -- the prepwork done on the car was thorough! Overall, another great experience buying a car from Rockingham (this is our third from this dealership!). More
Dropped in to have an oil change for my CR-V. Service Manager responded immediately and I next found myself in a very comfortable sitting area with coffee, and various snacks being available. No later than 35 minutes later, Service Manager delivered my car with the oil change and informed me of when my next service was due. Quick response; good clean surroundings; and decent price, are some of the reasons that will make me return. I do recommend this facility for Service needs of your car. More

I went to this dealership to get out of a previous purchased car. The sales concultant was good. He helped me the best he could to find a car. I own a 2013 Honda civic si and the nada value and blue book value is 20,000 clean trade in. The sales manager came and told me even putting 4000 down i would be paying 460 a month on a lease that should be 250. He tried telling me he could only give me 13,500 for my 20,000 dollar car. I was a little upset and while trying to explain what other dealers said they would do, including non-honda dealerships, he just stared into space not listening and gave me atitude and was rude. I got extremely upset with him and just left. My girlfriend was looking at a car as well. Neither of us will be buying from there ever. Not the first time ive had a bad expieience there and am not giving it a third chance. More

We used to be a Toyota family but ever since we bought our motorhome we have been looking for a car to tow 4 wheels down and found the 2010 Honda CRV through USAA car buying service. First of all, I called the dealership to make an appointment for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that none was necessary. Just come right in any time. That in itself, is appointment for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that none was necessary. Just come right in any time. That in itself, is a big plus for me. Seeing that it was my first visit, I was unfamiliar with the procedure. I was directed to the service department, and was immediately helped by Dave Adams. He thanked me for coming to the dealership, explained the cost (including a $5.00 discount), all the check points that were included, and the time it would take. He also told me about the procedure the next time I needed service at Rockingham. He then brought me into the waiting area where he offered me refreshments. When my car was ready, he told me that it was in great condition (12,000 miles) and went over all the checkpoints that were done at no additional cost to me. Again, he thanked me for coming to this dealership. A very good experience, and I will definitely return to Rockingham Honda for service. More
I made a Saturday appointment and the vehicle was taken within minutes to be serviced. I was given a time frame as to the completion time which was met.
