Bought a used honda, was very impressed with the service and friendliness before the sale. However, I am struck by the about face on that attitude after the sale, trying to get them to call my insurance age and friendliness before the sale. The business agent says he called and faxed the ins agent, but then two seconds later the car salesman is calling for the contact info for said agent. I stopped in last night on the way home from work, got a look from the salesman like I was an alien visitation . Gone was the " good to see you" " thanks for your business "' in was, "we'll see" and "maybe Friday" and "I don't know". If you like the five star treatment before and the "who are you" treatment after, this is the dealership for you. More
