After a short while we were approached by Ryan Spada asking if he could answer any questions about the car that we were looking at. Ryan's approach was non agressive and he displayed a total command of his product lines. Ryan's personality made it very easy and comfortable for us to make our decision to purchase our new vehicle Near the end of the process we met with the Business Manager Terry Wong. Terry was also very personable, easy to speak with and both thirough and professional. My wife and I have now purchased two vehicles from Rockingham Honda over the past five years. I was looking for a Honda Pilot for my wife at multiple dealers and my wife really like the 2011 at Rockingham Honda, first off trying to get a sales person was like pulling teeth and once we got the gent dealers and my wife really like the 2011 at Rockingham Honda, first off trying to get a sales person was like pulling teeth and once we got the gentleman I had requested the keys for a test drive and we waited and waited and waited. We finally test drove the Pilot and decided that was going to be the vehicle that we wanted. negotiations was relatively easy and then I requested a Carfax and was ignored on multiple occasions, I now understand why the salesperson didn't furnish me a Carfax and that was because the vehicle was in an accident in 2013. I had looked the vehicle over very closely and could not find any indications of accidents. When I picked up the vehicle later that same day, we found that the interior still had brown stains on the 2nd row seats and door panels, needless to say that the interior detailing was very poor. Being frustrated from being at the dealer most of the day I decided that I was going to clean the interior myself. I had a great experience last year when I bought my Accord, this year I wasn't happy and next year I will be purchasing a vehicle at Commonwealth Honda. More

I am quite pleased with the used 2012 Honda CRV that I purchased from Rockingham Honda. Very friendly, honest dealership. It took a long time to get sales quotes on the vehicles that I was looking at (although this was partially my fault). Regis did a great job, and definitely knows his cars, but I think that if he had a better handle on the financials the process may have gone a little bit quicker. Better integration between sales associates and the sales managers as a whole may make the process smoother. Other than that, I have been very happy with my purchase. More
