So when I test drove a Passport Black Edition with Sebastian his knowledge of cars was very helpful and the quality of the PBE I knew it was the car for me. Carlos Polit was Professional and stuck with us throughout the process. The one caveat was a gentleman named Steve in Finance. Let me tell you a story. Car salesmen and their stories do not always consider the profession honorable. But that is where this story is different. I had a lease on a 2019 Car salesmen and their stories do not always consider the profession honorable. But that is where this story is different. I had a lease on a 2019 CR-V that was to end in February, so as my car was being serviced I decided to walk over to the sales department to look at what I might do with a trade-in and another 3-year lease. The first salesperson to come up to me was Vinnie Alagna. He introduced himself and the truth is he seemed different. His approach was very unstressful and actually relaxed. He put me at ease and let me lead; which was different for me. From that moment I felt supported about what was important to me and as the process take root and in a matter of days I found myself in the front seat of a 2023 CR-V EX. No matter the obstacles Vinnie and Ronnie Ghannem, the second in command of the dealership, took care of all my requests. The experience was what you hope to expect when making an investment as costly as buying an automobile. Sales in general is a difficult way to make a living as it depends on so many variables you can not control. The pandemic with supply chain issues has made this occupation so unpredictable. But these gentlemen only cared about one thing: to make me happy. Truth is I am not the easiest person to deal with t times And Vinnie never let this fact get in the way of taking care of what was important to me. As an example, Sirus radio is something I can not live without. Well the 2023 CR-V does not have the application on the car's audio deck. This means that the only way to have Sirus in the car is having an app on your phone and connect your phone to the car's system. Well, I have idea this was the case so when I called Sirus to transfer from my 2019 CR-V to the 2023 but it couldn't be done that way. I wasn't aware and in my discussions with Sirus Radio, I lost my subscription. When I discussed this with Vinnie he didn't hesitate and provided me with a check paying for a whole year of Sirus Radio. And a shout out to his supervisor Ronnie who was behind my total satisfaction all the way. There were several other issues that came up along the way but at every turn, Vinnie stepped up and took care of the issue. Both of these gentlemen were nothing short of true to their word I have never experienced such dedication to making sure that if talked the talk they walked the walk. I can't tell you how or what you should do as a car is a serious investment, but I truly believe you will be in the best of hands should you decide to visit Canobie Lake Honda and meet with Vinnie and Ronnie. I give both a serious endorsement as being true to their word in a profession where that is very hard to find. More

Have attempted to call my sales person, and the finance manager. Was hung up by a salesperson named John today when I asked for the sales manager or the general manager and was told I could call and figure out who they were before he hung up on me. I work for a dealership and this is beyond the worst customer service I have ever seen. More

Don't be distracted by the overly high doc fee if you focus on a good OTD price. Do a little research beforehand (you are already doing that by coming here to read reviews!), come up with a OTD price in your head, and things will be just fine. The Ridgeline I bought was still in-transit, so a week later I came back to pick up my first new car in 15 years. Delivery was great and the truck was beautiful! More
