ON AUGUST 22,2022 I PURCHASED TWO TIRES 255/70/R17 FOR MY 2015 CHEVROLET TRUCK. AT APPROX. 1410 HOURS ON AUGUST 24,2022 I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MR. WILLIAMS NISSAN PARTS EMPLOYEE STATING, " MY TIRES MY 2015 CHEVROLET TRUCK. AT APPROX. 1410 HOURS ON AUGUST 24,2022 I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MR. WILLIAMS NISSAN PARTS EMPLOYEE STATING, " MY TIRES WHERE THERE". I INFORMED HIM I WOULD BE THERE AT APPROX. 1600 HOURS. TO GET MY TIRES PUT ON MY TRUCK. HE STATED," OKAY". AT APPROX. 1605 HOURS ONE OF THE SERVICE EMPLOYEE BEGAN CHANGING THE TIRES. AT APPROX. 1650 HOURS I DEPARTED CANNON NISSAN WITH MY TWO TIRES THAT WAS REMOVED FROM MY VEHICHLE. . SEVERAL DAYS LATER I PURHASE TWO MORE TIRES FOR THE SAME TRUCK. ON AUGUST 26, 2022 AT APPROX. 1415 HOURS I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MR. WILLAMS NISSAN PARTS EMPLOYEE STATING MY OTHER TWO TIRES WERE THERE. WHILE TRAVELING TO CANNON I NOTICED I BEEN CHARGE FOR DISPOSAL OF FIRST TWO TIRES. AT APPROX. 1600 HOURS. I WAS INFORMED BY AN NISSAN EMPLOYEE SUPERVISOR THOMAS THAT I NEED TO COME BACK ON 8-29-2022. I INFORMED HIM (THOMAS) THAT I WAS INFORMED I COULD GET MY TIRES PUT ON TODAY. THAT WHEN HE STATED, OKAY, IT WILL BE 1800 OR 1830 HOURS BEFORE THEY CAN GET TO IT. I STATED OKAY. I INFOMED THE HIM (THOMAS) THAT I WAS CHARGE FOR DISPOSAL FEE FOR TWO TIRES THE OTHER DAY WHEN I SHOULDN'T BEEN CHARGE BECAUSE I TOOK MY TIRES WITH ME. HE (THOMAS) STATED, "THAT THE LAW". I INFORMED HIM THAT I UNDERSTAND MS. TIRES TAX WHICH IS $1.00. HE STATED AGAIN THAT IT WAS THE LAW IF YOU TAKE THE TIRES OR NOT I INFORMED HIM THAT THAT WASN'T RIGHT. THAT WHEN HE GOT BRANDY NISSAN PART EMPLOYEE. BRANDY STATED, "HE BEEN SELLING TIRES FOR TWENTY YEAR ''I KNOW THE LAW.'' THOMAS GOT OF THE SUBJECT BY STATING, " IF A POLICE STOP YOU FOR SPEEDING AND DOESN'T GIVE YOU A TICKET DOES'T MEAN YOU NOT SPEEDING? AT THIS TIME I INFOMED OKAY I'M GONE. NISSAN EMPLOYEE CHASE INFORMED ME THAT SHE WOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 8-29-2022 FOR THE TIRES I ALREADY PURSHASE .AT APPROX. 0830 HOURS. ON 8-29-22 I GOT TWO MORE TIES PUT ON MY VEHICHLE. I NOTICED I WAS CHARGE AGAIN BY THOMAS FOR DISPOSAL FEE FOR MY OLD TIRES WHICH I TOOK HOME WITH ME. I ASKED CHASE WAS THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR A TIRES THEY DIDN'T DISPOSE SHE STATED, 'YES'. I WAS NOT SATISFIED, I DEPARTED CANNON NISSAN. I WAS CHARGE $8.00 WHICH I SHOULDN'T BEEN, CHARGE BECAUSE I TOOK MY TIRES WITH ME. More
I call and I didnt begin to speak and the lady on the phone spoke to me rudely. I didnt know who to speak to in management. It was her job to direct me to the correct person. I said nissan management unless managament refuse to take call, all she had to do was direct the call. When you hear the good experience, if course you wont hear the bad experiences. I not the first person who has experienced this and I should not have to speak to a lawyer about a simple refund. Several people I have spoken to have opt to go to other dealership because of the rudeness and disrespect to customers. I have spoken to the Chevrolet Department, a whole different atmosphere. You shouldn't have to apply for refund that they know they owe you any way. More
I’m not satisfied at all I have had to take my car several times to get breaks fixed. I feel like I was just put in anything because they’re charging me 42,000 for a used car and I’m debating on retur several times to get breaks fixed. I waited 2 1/2 hours for 4 new tires but did not get an alignment due to ONLY one technician and he was NOT going to stop what he was currently doing to do an alignment for a woman that paid $733.00 of har alignment due to ONLY one technician and he was NOT going to stop what he was currently doing to do an alignment for a woman that paid $733.00 of hard earned covid dollars according to the female tech. Prior to speaking to the same tech on the phone, she told me that I could get an alignment and gladly gave me an appointment. She further asked if I could bring my car back for the alignment on a TOTALLY different day which is an hour and 15 minute drive. I wasted 2 1/2 hours for nothing. On my way home, the psi of my BRAND NEW TIRES were 40 38 39 41 lbs of air. My vehicle actually sounds like an AIRPLANE. I was terrified to drive the speed limit for fear they would explode. When I called and spoke with one of the technician, he said the PSI of the tires is part of getting an alignment.....xxx? I would have to wait another 3 hours for the alignment, it was already 4:00 pm. Service was... IS ridiculous but they quickly took $733.00. I asked to check my brakes, which I never got an answer but they ensured that I knew it would be around $400. 00 to correct the rotors. Cannon should change their saying from, "Nobody beats a Cannon deal" to "NOBODY CHEATS ON A CANNON DEAL LIKE CANNON." Guess that's why the workers at Cannon always say they are SORRY...TRUST....ITS TRUE!! More
