First impression changed I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from this dealership on December 1, 2017. I was told by the salesman that the lady that was in charge of the keys had l I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from this dealership on December 1, 2017. I was told by the salesman that the lady that was in charge of the keys had left for the day and that he would get the other key fob and mail it to me on Monday. I asked him to please call me when he mails it on Monday. I did not hear from him on Monday, so I called him on Tuesday December 5, 2017. I talked with the salesman and he informed me that he had mailed the key fob on this day. I have attempted to contact my salesman on at least 12 occasions since that time with no success. I have left a voice mail for him each time to please call me. As of January 1, 2018, I have not recieved a call from him nor have I received the other key fob. I explained the reason for my call to the receptionist on my last call on December 21, 2017 and she transferred me to a voice mail of a general manager. I explained the reason for my call and asked for him to return my call. As of today, I have not received a call from him either. The price of the vehicle included the additional key fob. I do not know if the salesman can track the one sent as I have been unable to contact him. This has to be the worst customer service that I have ever received. UPDATE: First impressions are usually hard to change, but this company changed my first impression. When it was finally determined that the salesman was not going to return my call, I talked with one of the managers and my problem was handled immediately. I would purchase another vehicle from this company, just not the same salesman. More

I went to my hometown of Vicksburg to visit family and find a car. I ended up buying a 1994 Honda Del Sol in Luling, Louisiana. Little did i know that this car had been treated cheaply and desperately nee find a car. I ended up buying a 1994 Honda Del Sol in Luling, Louisiana. Little did i know that this car had been treated cheaply and desperately needed some TLC. They had already fixed my 2004 Honda Pilot that needed a new transmission sensor. They gave me a very fair price on it and the service was done excellently and in a short amount of time (overnight done by 9am next morning) So i decided to take my new bright yellow Del Sol there to get inspected for service needed. Sean is the service representative, as soon as i got out of the car he was standing right there to assist me, we went up and down the car and i told him of all the issues i knew it had, he then took the keys and got to work on the inspection. I knew the car needed some service but not this much. It needed a tune up, timing belt service, new a/c compressor, transmission service, and so many other things. He quoted me the price, ( which i will nit disclose, but it was definitely fair) and said to get the job done. In 3 days he called me back and said she was ready to go. I got there and they had even done a full detail cleaning for free. He also showed me all the EXTRA parts he replaced like my power steering pulley. As he explained it to me I realized he had given me nearly $600 worth of extra parts and labor for free. Even when it came to pay and my bank account had accrued an unforeseen charge, Sean adjusted the price again to where it fit the amount I had. My experience there was like no other mechanic shop ever, and this was a dealership!! I got quality Honda parts and service for a price FAR lower than any other dealership OR private shop. Customer service isin their blood. They listened to everything i had to say, they called to make sure the service was done right, they gave me freebies and adjusted their prices to fit my budget. You will not find any other dealership or shop as honest, fair, and kind-hearted as Vicksburg Honda. These are noble men doing quality service and deserve every word of this review and I will recommend them to anyone I see. More
