On November 22, 2020 I had my car for 1 month. After purchasing my car on October 22, 2020 I had to leave it there for 1 week in the shop. One week later I started hearing a sound similar to the sound purchasing my car on October 22, 2020 I had to leave it there for 1 week in the shop. One week later I started hearing a sound similar to the sound we heard at first. I was told by my salesman that my car was still under warranty so anything that was wrong would be fixed a no charge. It took me another week to take the car back. When I took it I was told by the service dept that I had to pay $115 for them to just look at it regardless if it is under warranty or not. The guy that is the manager in the service department acted like he owned the company and didn't try to find out everything about my car and I know I shouldn't have been charged for them looking at a car that was under warranty. When they fixed my car the first time on the left side there is no way they didn't notice my car having a dent by the brakes and still making a sound. I just have a problem believe this stuff wasn't noticeable 2 weeks ago.Yes I know I bought a used car but the dealership got over on me and now I have to spend money to fix something on my car that cost more than my car note. My husband was in the process of getting a car from here but we are done with Cannon Honda in Vicksburg More
