Took car in for recall service, received a call from Cannon. Said it would take 2 hours but took nearly 3. Also, car was left smelling of gasoline and the cover under steering column was loose. Also had a rubber part on the arm rest with no clue of where it belongs. Had an even worse experience last when my a/c went out. Cannon took from 9 am to 4 pm to tell me they added Freon and everything was just fine. The very next morning, the air wasn’t working again. Took it to Patty Peck in Jackson and the compressor had a hole in it. Not sure if Cannon did it or not but had to pay over $1000 to replace. They will never touch my car again. More

Clay, the service manager, is always willing to help and easy to talk to, and always availabl To me, the service department deserves a raving review. Clay, the service manager, is always willing to help and easy to talk to, and always available to talk to when I ask for him. The girls out front are also great. Cannon has fixed my F150 multiple times in a timely manner and has had no further issues. I would recommend this service department over all others in Vicksburg. The only place in town that I would let work on mine or my wife's car! More
I bought my mom a car here in July,2021. The salesperson was very nice at the time. Cannon only supplied 1 Fob with a promise of the other being provided in Sept (8 weeks or less) It is now Feb 2022 and no was very nice at the time. Cannon only supplied 1 Fob with a promise of the other being provided in Sept (8 weeks or less) It is now Feb 2022 and not only has that not been provided, 'runaround' and excuses are the word of the day. The salesperson responds 'sometimes' but the answer is "I was unable to find anything out today" , we "have some but didn't send enough for every customer". Today he told me to call Honda directly. My position is: Cannon sold the car to (my mom) the consumer. The salesperson got paid for selling the car. That makes him and Cannon responsible to the purchaser. The suggestion I call Honda instead of this dealership taking responsibility is ludicrous HOWEVER I have no problem consulting whomever is necessary to finish this. I did call Cannon and Ashley sent me to the Sales Manager at my request. No one ever answered. I then dialed the New Car Sales line.....18 rings later there was no answer. Obviously customer service isn't the rule of the day here. I should also note I live in another state. Checking with Honda dealers here, there IS a shortage of vehicles however they have 2 Fobs ...so perhaps Cannon could give my mom the one she paid for 7 months ago and let another person wait ??? The 2 star rating is for 'after the sale' . There was also an issue getting her name spelled correctly on the Bill of Sale and Title however that was resolved. Should never have been an issue. More
