Bought a 2 year old used SUV for over $20 K (More than some new). Was treated ok until the initial paperwork finalized, then all contact on their part ceased even though there were still matters to be add some new). Tina discussed my personal finances with another person who knew me and related that information back to me. She then claimed to have "lost" my phone number. I called to get the sales manager's supervisor's name to file a complaint as the sales manager was extrememly rude when I talked to him about the situation.. I was pleasantly surprised to find the OWNER of the multilot dealership called back within the hour (attempting to repair the damage). I would highly suggest not doing business with this company. They are not customer oriented after the sale and that is half of what the customer needs! More
