Leaking 2013 Mustang GT I called the Estabrook sevice center because my 2013 Mustang had 2 leaks, the rear end and the tranny. I spoke with a guy named David he told me to br I called the Estabrook sevice center because my 2013 Mustang had 2 leaks, the rear end and the tranny. I spoke with a guy named David he told me to bring it in the next day. I dropped it off at 4:45 am, left a note describing the problems. I call David at about 9:00 am he told me my car was being looked at and he would call as soon as he got the report. He never called me so at 12:00pm I called him back because I live in Alabama but work in Mississippi and needed to know if I needed to catch a ride home. He once again told me that they were working on it and he didn't have any information yet and he would call me back. Its now 2:10 pm and he has not called me back yet and I get off work at 2:30 pm, so I called him back again and explained to him I needed to know if my car would be ready or not so I could make arrangements to catch a ride back to Alabama, he then said he was going to check because they had 2 guys assigned to work on it and he would call me back before 2:30 pm. needless to say he never called so I got a ride to Estabrook's Service Center on 14th St. in Pascagoula only to find out he had been lying to me all day!!!! The only thing they had done was move my car from 1 spot to another. So in closing this review if you are in need of car repairs I don't recommend Estabrook. More
Lies plus Lies = No Sale I was summoned from Mobile (35 miles away) twice with the promise that we had come to an agreement. The agreement was covered over the phone before I I was summoned from Mobile (35 miles away) twice with the promise that we had come to an agreement. The agreement was covered over the phone before I drove over...twice. Both times, the numbers/payments given in the finance office were 10 to 15% higher than agreed to on the phone. Don't waste your time on this dealer if you can't close after a first visit. More

Last year my father ( 100% disabled retired military) had an issue with his Lincoln LS. The vehicle was sent to Estabrook Lincoln in Pascagoula Ms for diagnostic. As I spoke with Judy ( Service writer) I ex an issue with his Lincoln LS. The vehicle was sent to Estabrook Lincoln in Pascagoula Ms for diagnostic. As I spoke with Judy ( Service writer) I explained that my father was hard of hearing and to contact me by phone when they knew what the car needed and I would then speak to my Father and make a decision on what to do. After a few days I decided to call as I had not heard from them. Judy told me she called my Father and he authorized repairs and to come get the car it was ready. I asked my Father what repairs they did and he was dumbfounded. He said he had not spoken to anyone at Estabrook. When I phoned Judy back I asked her what had bee done and how much was the bill. She stated that they changed two coils and two spark plugs and the bill was over $900 dollars. What Judy in all her brilliance didn't know is that I had previously worked for Ford for several years. I called a friend currently running service for a neighboring Ford dealer and asked how much they would charge for the repair. His quote was 300 to 350. I called the dealer back and told them they can pull their plugs and coils as no one authorized the repairs. She stated once again that my father had authorized the repairs at which time I asked her when and at what number did she call him on. Once she gave me his cell number I logged into his cell phone account online to find (0) incoming calls that entire day. To give her the benefit of he doubt I looked at the past 4 days and still no incoming or outgoing to anyone other than family and two friends. THIS WAS HER AND THIS COMPANIES FIRST LIE! Later that day the General Manager offered to reduce the bill to $500 and we paid it. Three days ago and 7 months later my Father tells me the car is doing it again. Knowing these coils go bad frequently we decided to send it back for further repair. This time I decided to drive the car to see what it was doing. I drive it eight miles and speeds op to 80mph and could not duplicate the problem. My Father still wished to haven't towed to he shop at which time we spoke once again with Judy. Again I advised her to call ME for obvious reasons and left her my number. Two days pass and my Father said she had called him and he couldn't understand her. THIS GIL CAN'T FOLLOW A SIMPLE INSTRUCTION! So I call her and get the most incredible story (outright lie) I have ever heard. she said I inverted your phone number reciting the inverted then the correct number. And when I brought o her attention that she just mentioned the right number she hung up on me. It was lead she was embarrassed. When I spoke the the service manager Chuck Moak ( another rocket scientist) He proceeded to tell me the car had a water leak, it ran hot, was drivin back to the dealer several miles with the motor at extreme temperatures. Now keep in mind I drove this car before it was taken over their and I cold not find a problem. No leak, no running hot, nothing! So I asked to the mechanic which tells me where he drove it....LIE NUMBER (2)... I have a GPS unit on this car and the mechanic did not go where he said he did. I have since asked to speak to the GM of this dealership yet have not received a call back. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CHEATS.....BEWARE! More
So i bought an 04' ford f-150 from one of my father's co workers. Had it for three months and the motor for the electric window on the front passenger side went out. it still was under warranty for another workers. Had it for three months and the motor for the electric window on the front passenger side went out. it still was under warranty for another 2500 miles. The warranty was not in my name yet so i called the dealership to figure out what the process was to switch the warranty into my name. I was put on hold and directed to the service department after i told the lady at the front desk that i had a broken window situation and she cut me off without letting my explain my warranty situation. So a service manager answeres after two phone calls and asked me my issue. I explained to her the problem with my window and also clearly explained that it was under warranty but i still needed to transfer the warranty from the previous owner into my name. She said ok bring it in tommorow between 8- 8:30 in the morning we will take care of it. So i got there at 8:15 was told by the front desk i would have to wait untill 9:30 to get my warranty switched over and directed me to the service department. Got to the service department told me that it would take a couple of days for them to fix my window and had no idea that i had to switch my warranty over which they also said would take another 2 days or so. So they made me late for work and wasted my entire morning with no help what so ever. Finally the next day i switched my warranty over go to the service department the day after that and they fix my window. Before i left i took a look at my door and the door handle is bowed out and not attatched at all, bolts are showing because of missing covers, black grease is all over my window and on the interior and someone left a screwdriver in my back seat. There way of fixing this was by jamming the two pieces of my door handle together and told me to have a good day. So for an hour and a half to two hour job took three days and they broke my foor handle in the process. UNPROFESIONAL is the only word to describe estabrook. More
Every vehicle my company has brought to this dealership has had to be returned for additional work AFTER the repair or service was supposedly complete. EVERYTIME! After I bought my truck I brought it in for a malfunctioning fuel gauge and a nick in the bedliner. I was told the fuel gauage was "fixed" and the bedliner would need to rust before they could h malfunctioning fuel gauge and a nick in the bedliner. I was told the fuel gauage was "fixed" and the bedliner would need to rust before they could honor the warranty. So I should not have been surprised to find that a year later, I ran out of gas but didn't know because the fuel guage did not show empty and the low fuel light did not trigger. I was toed in to the service dept only to be told quite rudely that I had simply ran out of gas! The service manager, Chuck, told me that my vehicle did not have a low fuel gauge indicator light - and other 2008 vehicles on the lot did not either. I told him to read my driver's manual as I was sure that I had a problem and it was not simply that I ran out of gas. He charged me $54.00 for what? So I took the truck to MOBILE, and the dealership there immediately recognized the problem and pulled up a service alert -replaced the fuel sending unit and verified that indeed ALL 2008 Nissan vehicle are equipped with a low fuel warning light! Chuck and his people are DANGEROUS and should NOT be servicing vehicles! More
