Absolutely Terrible service I have the premier insurance plan which provides with a rental car if my vehicle has to stay over night. well its been 3 weeks now waiting on parts for my new car and never off plan which provides with a rental car if my vehicle has to stay over night. well its been 3 weeks now waiting on parts for my new car and never offered a rental car. Also when i call about my bronco i have gotten voice many times left voice mails with no callback. when i did get ahold of someone they say we will keep you up to date on the bronco. It been 5 days again with no update again. Also i have the cannon app on my iphone with no update. At this point we will take are business else where we where looking to buy a new car and trade this one in at cannon ford of pascagoula.. If i was you i would look else where main reason do to poor service!!! More

We have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had problems with our 2022 Ford F-350 dually. The tires on our truck have been recalled and one person said they would get us new tires and they go had problems with our 2022 Ford F-350 dually. The tires on our truck have been recalled and one person said they would get us new tires and they got rid of her. Now there is a leak they kept our truck for about a month said they fixed and changed all the carpet and when we picked it up the truck still smells of mildew and the carpet was still soaking wet they told us to spray Febreze in our vents and air filter. When we went back to talk to them about the problems the manager got loud and acted like he wanted to hit my husband and tried getting us to go into a room with him so the customers that were in there couldn't hear our complaints. When we refused, he told us to leave and not to come back or bring our vehicles back there for anymore services. We had lifetime oil changes on both vehicles which we are now working with Ford to try and transfer to another dealership. I will keep posting this everywhere I can until our problems are resolved. More

They have had my truck for 6 weeks and tell me it will be next week before it's ready. When I call most of the time it goes to voice mail and no return call. This applies to the customer service rep the service manager and his manager named Ed. I finally got to talk to the service manager and he tells me he returns calls. I left 2 voice messages and he didn't return either one. I left a message with Ed and still no response. This is My 4th nissan. I guess it's time to change brands. More
