My vehicle was in the shop for 4 months and 5 days,it went from needing a radiator to a starter to head gaskets then needed a motor even though i purchased the Radiator and motor and the extended warran went from needing a radiator to a starter to head gaskets then needed a motor even though i purchased the Radiator and motor and the extended warranty covered the starter and my bill 7,429.80 and I paid in full all was going well until one day I decided to turn the a.c. and it kept blowing warm air so I had a friend to look at it and he said that it needed freon so I went to Auro Zone and purchased 3 bottles and a can of compression oil for a total of $87.38 so I called David the service manager and informed him of reimbursement and he said he would speak to Jamie and get right back with me so after a couple hours I called back and he was in a meeting or he's with a customer or he's at lunch and I even stopped by on my way down town and guess what "he's in a meeting." So the following day I called and they turned the call over to Jamie I went to tell her about the situation and she said that she told me it had a hole in it which I said to her that she was lying and she hanged the phone up in my face I it's been about a week and no leaking.
