Awful Salesman Went to look at a truck, older salesman came out, didn’t listen to what I said. Didn’t believe me on things I said when he actually did listen. Wasn’ Went to look at a truck, older salesman came out, didn’t listen to what I said. Didn’t believe me on things I said when he actually did listen. Wasn’t able to drive it myself because of personal issue, planned ahead and had a friend their drive it for me, he wouldn’t let that happen, turned me away even after I had told him I’d already been approved for the loan and was putting over half of the asking price down. He told me to come back tomorrow. Won’t be going back, especially after I left work early, and drove over an hour and a half to make it there with plenty of time before they closed, won’t be recommending anyone to ever go to Candy Ford for a vehicle, will be telling people to stay away, simply because of how big of a xxxxx this guy was. More

Came in Saturday, told him we were turning a lease in on Monday, and wanted a truck. He asked which one. I said, “One of these...looking for this price.” Twenty minutes later we were test driving while he worked out the cost. Made a follow up appt to complete the sale on Tuesday. We came in and John had all of the paperwork completed for us. With only needing signatures, we were in and out in 30 mins. If there was a sixth star John would get it. More
