When I took my car to Candy Ford for an oil change I requested that the service department look u my Ford Pass points before sending the invoice to the front desk. When I returned to pick up my car jus requested that the service department look u my Ford Pass points before sending the invoice to the front desk. When I returned to pick up my car just after the service department closed I found that they had not added the points to the invoice and there was no one who could do that. So I papyed the full price in the hopes of using my points with my next oil change. This smae situation has happened each time I have had an oil change at Candy Ford. It is disappointing that they can't get it together. More

Great job exchanging my 2017 battery. I had the bill of sale - purchased at Candy Ford. They prorated the battery and we walked out of there under $100.00. Knock out part of the wall and connect an empty sales office to the waiting area. Traffic between the service garage and showroom means walking around the guests legs seated against the wall opposite the rest room. In all the times we've been there, there's always one empty office on the sales floor. Thank you for your consideration of this suggestion. More

Once again the team at Candy Ford went above and beyond in servicing my car. I dropped it off the night before servicing and they had it done the next day AHEAD of schedule and even delivered it to my home in servicing my car.
