This is a review for the Candy Ford body shop. It took a while - but there was much to do. There was extensive damage to the front of my truck, including many things not visible under the hood. Steve not only communicated continually with me to keep me informed, but also communicated with the adjuster and insurance company. It doesn't appear they missed anything, and the truck looks like new again. More

Steve the body shop manager is a liar and he's not very good at lying. Dennis his boss made things right. Overall, great experience & love my new Mach-E. Andy (Sales) & Ken (Finance) were great. Good communication and at no point was there any pressure or hard sales tactics. I maintain five stars because of the great staff and good deal on the car but have a few critiques: the transaction just took a long time - 3 hours (not including the test drive and demo which added even more time but that was the fun part). I'd recommend doing as much paperwork online / ahead of time as you can (I'd say this for any dealer). Also the showroom could use a coat of paint / be modernized. Critique aside, I highly recommend Candy and will definitely shop them again. More
