He was very nice and didn’t treat me or my father as if we were just a transaction. He cared that I was getting the best deal for now and the future. After I signed the papers that day he was there to show me all the bells and whistles of my new car. And even after the process, he continues to check in to see if I need anything. I was treated very well then and was giv This is the 2nd Jeep I have purchased here at Canandaigua Motors. 5 years ago I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty. I was treated very well then and was given a great deal. After paying off the Liberty, it was time for an "upgrade" to something new. I received an email from Chris inviting me into the dealership for an appraisal on my vehicle. Chris introduced me to Kyle Holmes, the salesperson. Kyle was very professional, patient, understanding courteous and treated me with respect. We negotiated a deal on a Jeep Cherokee that was actually an upgrade from what I came in for. I also spoke to Matt, the Sales Manager, who remembered me from 5 years ago and was also super nice and willing to do anything he could to put me in the Jeep I wanted. I got a respectable amount for my trade-in and got what I think to be a good deal on the 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude “True North” Edition. Everyone at this dealership is professional, respectful, and pleasant, treating me more like a friend than a customer. Upon taking delivery of me new Jeep, I was introduced to other staff members to include Dick and Pete from Service. They are both very nice gentleman and treated me great. Kyle spent almost an hour with me going over all of the features of my new vehicle and got my UConnect registered and up and going for me. I went to this dealership because of the Pacifica Promotion whi I gave 5 stars to this dealership as I got excellent service from the Internet Staff! I went to this dealership because of the Pacifica Promotion which was offered to me. I did the test drive and got the dealer code to get my $50.00 award. However, when I went on the Chrysler webpage, the code would not work. I called Chris Wheeler back (internet staff), and he said he would check into this issue for me. Despite the fact I did not purchase a vehicle from the dealership, Chris was still empathetic to my needs and followed through to help me out to get the award. I give both Chris and The Dealership 5 stars for their concern on my behalf! More
