This is my first camper and when visiting Camping World my boyfriend and I had no intentions on getting one that day as we were waiting for taxes. But I have to say Jim Kringle was absolutely amazing and p my boyfriend and I had no intentions on getting one that day as we were waiting for taxes. But I have to say Jim Kringle was absolutely amazing and patient with me as I know I can be difficult. He was able to find one for me I could not walk away from and I couldn't be happier! When I was sure that was the RV I was looking for I gave them a complete price for everything from hitch and sway bar assembly, to financing out of state. During out visit to Camping World on 11/05/2019 we looked at at least 20 units. After leaving I realized that I had lost my phone. I would give him six stars for his patience and tenacity which lead to the recovery of the phone. People like Jim will keep customers coming back for years to come. No new RV’s, Less inventory in store Just an observation, but visited Camping World Tampa yesterday and visually very few NEW RV’s showcased in front parking lot. By the door they were se Just an observation, but visited Camping World Tampa yesterday and visually very few NEW RV’s showcased in front parking lot. By the door they were selling a USED RV. In the store much less inventory, lots of clearance items, noticed certain brands no longer carried, empty floor space had “Gander Outdoor Sports” type items, inventory moved around to fill empty spaces. Also they are not participating in the Tampa Summer RV Show next weekend according to the show program. Draw your own conclusion and remember Camping World is also Good Sam’s. As RV’ers this could impact a lot of us. Make wise choices and decisions. More

10 months for a 4 month repair Our camper was in an accident and taken to Camper World of Tampa in August of 2018. First the camper was suppose to be repaired and ready for pickup i Our camper was in an accident and taken to Camper World of Tampa in August of 2018. First the camper was suppose to be repaired and ready for pickup in December. Then the end of January. Then the end of February. Then March. It is now almost May of 2019 and the repair has not been completed and we have received nothing but excuses and empty promises. Half our summer is over already along with several opportunities to take the camper on trips. If your camper is in an accident, FIND A DIFFERENT REPAIR SHOP. Camper World of Tampa will surely let you down like they did us. More

Great place for first time buyers Stacie Trainham sales representative was set for my wife and I to meet and see the travel trailers they had that were new and had a bunkhouse. We selected the Keystone Bullet 287 QBS. We negotiated with her and Kurtis to get a price we could live with. We agreed on a price and set delivery for March 23 2019. We arrived at the designated time completed our unit orientation and net with Steve in Finance. The whole process took 3 hours to complete and we left with our trailer. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks later for Tyron install and paint and fabric protectent application. April 9 came and I arrived at scheduled Theresa was there for our appointment and took everything she needed. I had also scheduled for a backup camera and tire pressure monitors to be installed. It took a few days because I added to the service list and had some warranty things to be handled that will take time to resolve. Overall I am very satisfied with the work done and results. For a first time owner and buyer everything is going great. Finance was an issue as communications was lacking and took a lot to find out who the financing was through so we could have insurance ready for delivery. This was worked out and did not affect our scheduled delivery date and time. Great experience overall. The people who went over the travel trailer with us and installed the say bars were great and full of useful and relevant information. Great job... More

Your focus on our safety and working so hard to get the parts (which wasn't easy!!!) to fix it was greatly appreciated! In the end, I decided to trade in to a new RV to help avoid future breakdowns and Susan (?sorry I don't have your card) and Kevin Ledoux were extremely helpful making sure we found the right model, financing and felt good about the trade in.
