If it were possible to give zero stars I would. My dog groomer, Don Clouse has been virtually out of business for over a month. bought a 2019 travel trailer 8/6/22 ,went in on 8/13/22 for walk thru,unit was hot as fire inside walk thru guy plugged it in, air didn't seem to be working well,could not deploy awning was too close to an for walk thru,unit was hot as fire inside walk thru guy plugged it in, air didn't seem to be working well,could not deploy awning was too close to another unit he said that's ok it'll be fine unit delivered 8/20/22, went inside to open awning and landing jacks collapsed and rv twisted sideways,wife thought we were gonna roll over.plugged unit in and ac will not remotely keep up, 93 degrees inside and 93 degrees out side,called service was told our extended warranty wont kick in for 45 days then after it does it will be at least 3-4 weeks more to get into shop,wish we had went some place else .they definitely don't seem to care about customer service,now they wont answer calls to try and resolve problems,allegedly this is supposed to be camp ready.so disappointed.
