Bought a brand new trailer and had to wait two weeks for the PDI to be done as well as a list of flaws that needed to be corrected before doing the paperwork and driving it home. When we showed up not one o the PDI to be done as well as a list of flaws that needed to be corrected before doing the paperwork and driving it home. When we showed up not one of the items to be fixed had been done and the repair list had not even been given to the service department in order for their team to get done. We were told that they would get it done while we were doing the paperwork and paying for the trailer, so what they did not get done in the two weeks that we had been waiting was able to be done within two hours. The trailer that we were looking at on the dealer website and we had chose was not the trailer that we were sold. The bunk size was different, the outside graphics, no electric tongue jack, no Murphy bed, no privacy curtain, along with other items that of course were overlooked by us. We were a little concerned by what we did see that needed fixed and focused on making sure that we had everything in writing as making a big purchase and paying cash in full we wanted to make sure we were getting a new trailer free of defects. We were also rushed by the salesman who was not very happy about being handed our appointment last minute due to original salesman being unavailable. At one point he took a phone call without excusing himself and proceeded to tell caller that he was trying to get out of there as quickly as possible but was unable to so far. When I did ask about the things that I had noticed the trailer was missing compared to the website specs I was told that I could pay $2000 more for the trailer next to the one I was being shown but that I would probably not find the items with the other trailer either. At no time was I complaining about the lack of things that were on the dealer website but I had also chose the trailer I did and drove two hours to this specific dealer based off of what I had liked reading the description and viewing the pictures. I did not think it was asking a lot for what I had been looking at purchasing that day. It’s now been 87 days and we just had a few days of rain and unfortunately when I was prepping the trailer for our trip in 6 days I looked at the light and saw discoloration along with water! So not even three months later and we have a roof leak! Not to mention a crack in the a/c unit that we had not noticed until the day after we brought it home, the vinyl is bubbling on the exterior, top of the door frame in smashed, along with quite a few small finishing details that make you ask why and make you frustrated for not having seen before handing over the amount of cash that we did. Our sales person was great, and that's where the positive things end. We made it clear we were not purchasing that day and needed to run some numbers, check our finances, etc. They brought in a finance guy i things end. We made it clear we were not purchasing that day and needed to run some numbers, check our finances, etc. They brought in a finance guy in who asked us to sign a piece of paper and said "This is just to hold it for a few days while you decide". Good thing I read the paper because it was a purchase agreement. They lied to my face in what was most likely an illegal act to trick us into a purchase. There is no way I would ever trust Camping World again for anything. More
The sales person that we worked with was great, but their service department is lacking and would not suggest holding your breath to get them to work on anything. My husband and I bought a 5th wheel there. T service department is lacking and would not suggest holding your breath to get them to work on anything. My husband and I bought a 5th wheel there. They had power washed it before picking it up. Water got into one of the lights over the bed and flooded it. As a result the light shorted, the radio did not work, and the heat element in one chair was not working also. After a month of trying to get them to fix the problem, we ended up purchasing the items needed and fixed it ourselves. Butter wouldn't melt in their mouth while they are selling you an item, and will bend over backwards to get you to purchase their products, but once that unit is off their lot, good luck getting any customer service afterwards. Sadly disappointed in the after treatment! More

At this point we called the sales manager and requested that they hook it up and let us see it work, as up to this point, we'd only seen the inside lights work. We were told they only do that on the day we pick it up....after a down payment, and papers signed. Husband said he's like to have a look, before we signed anything. Sales manager said "we've put $8000, into this trailer, and we're not putting another dollar into it". First, we hadn't asked them to put more money into it, we wanted to see what we might have to put it.. but seems they knew more was needed. Second, why are you expected to sign a contract to buy it before you know if anything, other than the inside lights work. Needless to say, we canceled our appointment, will never go back, and would advise others to avoid this dealer. More

We are parked in an area where we will not be able to move for a month. They were supposed to see if they could work out a mobile technician, and said they would call me back in 2 days. It has now been 5 days, and I've heard from no one. I called them again and got another, "we'll see, we'll call you back." My next call will be to the GM if I don't hear back this time. Not sure what to do after that if they don't resolve my issue. This SUCKS after OVERPAYING for this trailer (because Camping World's prices are waaaaay higher than anyone else, we discovered after... for that part I blame myself). Sooooo frustrated! More

We ordered awing covers for our 5th wheel the first part of June and they charged our credit card immediately. We called in July to see if they came in and were told no at first and then told yes they had. We asked for an invoice when we ordered them but never received it. The day of the appointment to put them on we were told half way through that it would be another $169.00 because they had to take 6 screws out of the rain guards and take them down. It took an additional hour for installation because of the rain guard removal. Our appointment was at 9:30 and we finally drove out at 2:00 (after my husband put the Anderson hitch back on because they don't do that). So much for Customer Service! More
Missing Keys Bought a 2018 motorhome with Sprinter chassi for over 70 grand from them early last year. The process was pleasent, people were nice. Somehow one set Bought a 2018 motorhome with Sprinter chassi for over 70 grand from them early last year. The process was pleasent, people were nice. Somehow one set of the keys was missing. They could not find it. Talked with the general manager. Was told that they could not make the keys for me, but no problem, just go to Mercedes dealer and have them make a set. Just sent in the receipt and would be reimbursed no problem. Well, sent in the receipts last Summer, was less than $300. Have not received the check yet. Called couple of times, talked with different people, no direct answers. Felt like whoever is making the decision there had no intention of sending me the check. Could not believe whoever was running that place would ate their promises, anger a customer who did over 70 grand business with them, for less than $300. You think I would do business again there with them when I am ready to upgrade my motohome. More
