Camping World of Cocoa Florida is the worst. The customer service is poor, management gives you a run around and doesn’t stand by their word. Damage was caused by their negligence in not securing the slide all the way into the camper before leaving outside in their parking lot for two-months in torrential Florida rains. Many pictures were sent to Camping World via e-mail of the damage and shotty workmanship they caused and performed. Shotty workmanship left screws not screwed in all the way and a screw in a bracket left out. Camping World did agree to repair the damage. Camping World said they would order the stock material for repair and notify me when material was received. I kept calling inquiring if material was received. Camping World said I could drop off for repairs and that I would receive an e-mail with confirmation of the appointment, which I never received. Once I requested an e-mail stating this would be of no cost to me, it went silent, very silent. Camping World management quit taking my phone calls and wouldn’t respond to e-mails. Very crooked business. Steer clear of this dealership and Camping World if you expect good customer service without hassle. More
