After 14 years of driving my beloved VW Cabrio, I stopped by Campbell-Nelson to take a look at my choice for a new car, an Eos Lux. They didn't have one on the lot, but Barry was able to grab the keys of a by Campbell-Nelson to take a look at my choice for a new car, an Eos Lux. They didn't have one on the lot, but Barry was able to grab the keys of a co-worker's personal Eos so I could at least take a look at the interior fit and finish. He then set to work to find me one - in the state, in the NW, on the west coast, worldwide - whatever it took to find the exact model, (Lux), the color, (black oak brown metallic),and the interior, (beige leather), I wanted. It took some doing, but he was able to locate one still in production destined for an Oregon dealership via the LA docks. After repeated phone calls to Oregon, Barry and sales manager Dave Barak were able to divert the car to Campbell-Nelson where I picked it up this past Sunday. It's a beautiful car! Barry is a hard working, honest, intelligent man who possesses the gift of subtle selling - no pressure, no bait and switch tactics, no hassle. Lucky for me he just happened to be at his desk when I walked in to Campbell-Nelson back in February! I knew I would be buying my car from Campbell-Nelson because of excellent customer service I received 12 years ago - and received again with my 2013 Eos purchase. Based on my recent experience with Barry and Campbell-Nelson, I will be buying my next car from them as well. More

Be careful about this dealer. They use low price to attract customer come in. Then once you are there, they say the price was not discussed this with their manager and gave you a much higher price. Greg Skartvedt helped me through every intimidating aspect of purchasing a new car for the first time. He made me feel so comfortable; He answered every question, showed me the carfax report, and even got online and showed me competitor’s prices of the same vehicle around the state. There was no pressure or haggling, like I had experienced at other dealerships. He was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the car buying process. The price I paid for my Jetta GLI was lower than I have found anywhere else, they gave me a fair offer for my trade-in, and they patiently helped me through my financing options. Greg made sure I understood every step and really went above and beyond for me. When I was filling out the paper work, they detailed the car and filled up the tank! Once I was ready to leave, Greg showed me all the cool features that came with my new car.
