This was all about what I wanted in a car and I had some pretty specific ideas having recently helped my kids purchase a Tiguan. After listening to my I want this and this and this in a car and do you have this or this or this in my price range, Alan answered every question and was amazingly patient. Alan had said he would give me a follow-up call the next day and as it happened I was in the car and did have a question which he was able to answer right away. Stephen and Susie were so great to work with! I have to admit that my personal circumstances were not the best walking in to the dealership. The car I wanted to trade in had some inequity, my credit wasn' admit that my personal circumstances were not the best walking in to the dealership. The car I wanted to trade in had some inequity, my credit wasn't the best, and I didn't have a lot for a down payment. But, this did not stop Stephen and Susie from working hard to find a lender that would approve me at an affordable rate. In fact, I walked out of there with the car I wanted and a loan I was completely happy with. No pressure no hassle was pleasant compared to recent shopping experiences at a variety of other dealerships, different marque's and models. We had been looking at Established dealerships as well as Mom shopping experiences at a variety of other dealerships, different marque's and models. We had nearly decided to simply deal with the Craig's list options after being exhausted by the expewriences we had had prior to visitng Campbell Nelson. Accepting that we bought a well used car and anything can happen with that - we were very happy with the service and attitude of the people we dealt with at Neslon Cambell, Alan and Susie both were very friendly and helpfull, it made the expoerience pleasant as opposed to a chore.
