I brought in my 2008 Nissan Rogue that I had purchased from another dealer not even a month prior to bringing the vehicle in. For some reason, the vehicle would not shift out of park. I met with Lee in the Service Department and he assured me that it would all be taken care of. I had purchased a warranty on the vehicle and when Lee contacted the warranty company, they explained that the part was not covered. Lee gave me some advice as to what I could do and after contacting the original dealer that I purchased the vehicle from, they ended up covering the charges. Once I got approval from the original dealer, Lee and his team was able to repair the issue within four hours. Lee was excellent at communicating with me throughout what seemed like a complicated process. He was consistently professional and provided excellent customer service. I will be bringing my Nissan into Campbell Nelson and their Service Department for all minor and major service needs for as long as I own this vehicle. More

This is the fifth car I have negotiated for in my life and by far the easiest and most pleasant. I did my test drives at this dealership for the 2011 Altima and Maxima and the salesperson was not pushy, and by far the easiest and most pleasant. Later that same week I returned and we negotiated on price and features. They did not have the car on the lot, but located EXACTLY the model and color I wanted about 200 miles away. I did not want to spend the extra on GPS and the found me a car without it. Pricing was negotiated on the new car and trade in less than 30 minutes. I researched on the internet in advance and got the pricing that I was targeting. 1 day later the car was delivered (free of charge) to the local dealership. This is truly a no hassle transaction! Campbell Nelson is unlike any other auto dealer in the business. It's almost like visiting family whenever you walk into their dealership or service department.
