What a great experience First of all, I am a female and I am used to entering a dealership with a little apprehension. John Kelch was so great, he made me feel very comfortab First of all, I am a female and I am used to entering a dealership with a little apprehension. John Kelch was so great, he made me feel very comfortable (some of his jokes were even funny) and made my car buying experience so much fun! Yes, I said fun. Cecil in finance was so courteous and informative, I did not know buying a car could be like this. I love my new Altima, I cannot believe how smooth and quiet it is. Thank you John and everyone there, I will most certainly come back and send all my friends to you. More

Poor customer service- Arrogant management I am going to buy, or lease, a new Nissan Leaf and a pre-2013, Pathfinder from someone; My first choice was Campbell-Nissan as they are nearest my hom I am going to buy, or lease, a new Nissan Leaf and a pre-2013, Pathfinder from someone; My first choice was Campbell-Nissan as they are nearest my home. My first order of business was an "open campaign" on my present Pathfinder which I had hoped to have details of prior to an appointment but an email sent to the service department was ignored so I went to the "Service" department, on Saturday 12/19/15, where there were 5 people at that counter with one engaged with another customer. I waited for a full 5 minutes while all of those people socialized while completely ignoring my presence. I attempted to call them on Monday 12/21/15, to seek information as to what the nature of this "campaign" was so I could budget my time but there was nobody able to take my call. I then asked to speak to a management person, whom the receptionist said would be "Travis", She left the line and when she returned asked for my name and left the line, again. After about a minute she returned to say "Travis" would not take my call... Obviously, I will not be spending my money at that dealership, ever! More

We ultimately found a barely used 2015 model at another lot, but I wish I could have purchased it though John. I definitely recommend going though the internet department!! More

My last car was purchased 10 years ago, earning my award for the worst experience EVER! Our experience this past Sunday with Campbell Nelson was extraordinary due to John Kelch! He was excellent in every way. I have a new Nissan Rogue in my garage, a large smile on my face and a grateful heart for the experience. More
Misled buying a Used Leaf I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wan I wasted 5 hours of my life buying a Used Car from these guys. I looked at a bunch of Leafs and settled on one (I thought) had all the features I wanted. They indicated a particular car had all the features I wanted - as stated on their website and verbally by the salesperson. I signed the docs and put down a deposit. After two days of waiting for the car to be ready to pick up, I called to check on it and the salesperson informed me that it did not have Quick Charge - a key requirement I stated upfront. I talked to the Sales Manager and he told me it was my fault - I should have verified that the car had every single feature that they had represented and that I should not trust their website or salesperson. It was my fault that they misrepresented the car on their website and verbally. They are buying and selling Used Leafs so fast that they do not what cars are on their lot and what featured they have. It was a disorganized mess on their lot - I looked at 10 different cars and the weren't sure which cars had what features. They buy the cars at auction and add them to their website before they have them on the lot. They do not double-check what features they have. Lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! Luckily they agreed to refund my deposit or I would be stuck. I will never step foot on their lot again. More

Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with -- from the owner, Mr. Campbell, who came over to meet me to the woman at the front desk answering phones. John Kelch positively knows his stuff -- he always had answers to my questions, knew what he was talking about, and was an all-around great salesman to work with. It's my tendency not to trust car salesman; however, that attitude vanished in the first ten minutes I was there. I absolutely felt no pressure whatsoever to upgrade or sign on the dotted line NOW. It's clear that John understands that a new car is a major purchase, and he did everything he could to insure that I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The professional and enthusiasm John exhibited earns him an A +++! More

John was straightforward, incredibly easy to work with, and never one pressured us into any kind of upgrade or extra cost. He respected that we came in knowing what we wanted and helped us to do our homework along the way before coming into the dealership. I can't imagine a better car buying experience. More

I saw that Campbell Nelson was very well reviewed and one of the things I read over and over was that people did not feel pressured. I called and met with Roy Vimal for a test drive. I am so glad I did! Roy knew everything about the Nissan Juke I was interested in. From the moment I walked in the front door, to meeting Roy, to the test drive, it was a relaxed, friendly and professional experience. I am happy to say that they went above and beyond to make my experience the best I have ever had when buying a car. I just got home with my 2015 Nissan Juke and I couldn't,be happier, it handles like a dream, and such a comfortable driving car. While there are Nissan dealerships much closer I shall be going to Campbell Nelson for all my scheduled maintenance and I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come. Thank you again Roy, Seth, Cecil, & Erick for everything. More
