Best dealership experience I started looking into lease options about a month ago. I was looking at a few different vehicles. I made contact with Alan Kemper online. He quickly sent me the information I was looking for. We emailed back and forth for about a month. I had a busy schedule and I appreciated that he would check in with me periodically but was not pushy. I finally found time to make it in but i just missed Alan. John Kelch was able to help me out at the dealership. We went for a test drive then went back to the office to discuss vehicle and lease options. We are getting close to closing time but I was able to agonize over the color while we were hammering out the details. Finally was finished with all the paperwork about 10 minutes after closing but John still took about 20 minutes to sit in the vehicle with me to go over all the car gadgets. He helped me pair my phone and made sure I felt comfortable driving off the lot in my new car. I did feel bad about holding him up but i appreciated the time he took to show me all the cars technology. I also appreciated the fact that Alan was giving me an idea of prices before i even came in. My monthly payment is exactly what her said it would be. This by far is the best car purchase i have ever made. More

Robert managed to turn the extremely tough situation that I was facing with my old car, into more options than I ever thought I had, and in turn took the weight of the world off my shoulders. Then John took the time to show me several vehicles that I could comfortably afford, gave me all the information on comparative models/option etc. and did it in a way that made me feel like I was working with a longtime family friend. I couldn't be happier with the trade in value that I received, the new vehicle that both myself and my family are enjoying today, the support of your staff and overall vibe I got at Cambell Nelson Nissan. An unusually painless buying experience I contacted John Kelch about a Pathfinder on a Friday morning, and by Friday evening my wife and I were on our way home in it. I was very straightforw I contacted John Kelch about a Pathfinder on a Friday morning, and by Friday evening my wife and I were on our way home in it. I was very straightforward with John in what I was looking for in our initial conversations via email. He told me that he was confident that if we came in to take a look at it, we could find a deal that works for all sides. My experience at Campbell Nelson has taught me that not everyone truly IS like this - not all dealers are alike! I have purchased 4 cars in my lifetime - it's not exactly a common occurrence for me - and I have to say John Kelch made it SO easy. I walked in, we sat down, we discussed my options, he pleasantly and enthusiastically told me to expect something different from him and he DELIVERED on it in BIG ways. He was able to work with me to find the right car for me - every option I wanted and he really engaged with me personally to understand what I was looking for. THEN, just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, Cecil came in and blew me away with his experience, knowledge and kindness. Wow. Phenomenal. I'm already telling everyone I know within 72 hours of walking through the door for the first time - and referring my coworker to John this morning! I may not be a "frequent car buyer", but I have a big mouth and I tell EVERYONE when I have a good experience - and I will tell them PROUDLY that Campbell Nelson has earned a new customer for life.
