This is how car buying should be. Spoke to Johnnie Lamm on the phone before we travelled down to look at a used Leaf. We were looking for something for our teenage kids. Johnnie had personal experience with the Leaf and his teenager and made recommendations prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, we looked at several cars, went for a test drive, and sat down to run the numbers. Process was painless and everyone we dealt with from insurance verification to finance were top notch. Johnnie's role was really to answer questions and show us options, never did we feel pressured to purchase or choose. He is knowledgeable about the Leafs and was able to answer all our questions. We ended up driving home exactly what we wanted. Odds are we will be back for another. More
Rude sales staff and receptionist Sales staff (Matty) made it very difficult for me to purchase the car I was leasing on purpose because he wanted me to return car and get me into a ne Sales staff (Matty) made it very difficult for me to purchase the car I was leasing on purpose because he wanted me to return car and get me into a new one. I had 36 mo lease with 10,000 miles on it. More money for him! At the end of our meeting, he told me finance was not available to speak with me and told me to return another day. On the day I returned to dealership, I called ahead of time to make sure someone from finance was available to help me with car purchase. The receptionist I spoke with said yes someone was available. When I got to dealership, receptionist had me wait for about 20min and then told me I needed to make an appointment in order to speak with finance specialist about purchasing car. I've bought several cars from dealerships and I have never had to make and appointment to speak with a finance specialist. Buying out lease can only be done through dealership. I called Nissan Leasing several times and checked. Was very annoyed that such simple process involved two trips to dealership. What a waste of my time! I ended up going to another dealership. More

Best place around My wife and I filed our bankruptcy and about a week later we got a letter in the mail from Campbell nelson saying we were pre approved. I have herd that before!!! but just to see, i went on and did there 60 sec application, the next day i got a call from Mike, one of the sales managers to confirm some information. about 2 hours later i got a call from him again and he said we were approved for 20k on a car, so i asked the big question..... "how much am i going to have to put down$$$$$" Mike said "nothing". Ok so now this is sounding too good to be true. then he said "lets get you set up to come to the dealer" I replied "thats going to be hard, i dont have a working car to get there and i dont have the cash to get coverage on a car at this time because i just had to put 900 down on my BK." Mike said "hey man no worry, i can send a shuttle to come get you and we will take care of your insurance for the first month" HOLY CRAP sounds like a good deal to me... so we set it up. Mike had a shuttle to me on the day and time that worked for me. also i live 2 hours from the dealer and the driver got stuck in traffic so he was late picking me up. the dealership closed at 7pm and we didnt even get there till 9pm and Mike was there waiting for us, he had us check out a few cars till the came to "the one" it was a 2014 Nissan altima. he did all the paper work, no money down, he fronted the money for the insurance, and stayed till 1130pm to get us in the car we wanted. this dealer was amazing and honest, i would go back to them every time even if i didnt need a car. so if you guys go ask for Mike and you will leave with the car you want and vary happy.... so thats my story and i hope Mike has many more successful years in his career.... We arrived at Cambell Nelson and the sales consultant we met, Johnnie Lamm took us on a test drive. He was very knowlegable on the car and was really pleasant to work with. After test driving some othe vehicles at other dealers, we came down to two vehicles. The Honda Fit and the Nissan Versa note. Honda Fit is considered beat in the vehicle class but we preferred the drive of the note. We went back to Campbell Nelson for one last test drive and it confirmed our preference. Johnnie was fantastic when we returned to the dealer and we came to a quick agreement on a fantastic price. There were a few items they needed to be done by johnnie to get the car the color we wanted and they were very attentive and ensured we got exactly what we wanted. We love the car and were so impressed with how easy and painless it was to buy our car. More

He explained all the detsils, showed me how ti work the " bluetooth", since i went from a 2002 VW This was all new for me. He made me feel really comfortable, and i absoutly LOVE my new car!!! Beat out the competition - Johnnie Lamm I took a few months looking into different cars and dealerships and I chose Campbell Nissan because I felt the most comfortable at the dealership deal I took a few months looking into different cars and dealerships and I chose Campbell Nissan because I felt the most comfortable at the dealership dealing with Johnnie and I liked the offer he put together for me on the Altima. Overall I felt listened to and we found the right car that fit all my needs. I would definitely go back and work with Johnnie again. I tried other dealerships and the sales people seemed more like the stereotypical car salesmen whereas Johnnie seemed more like a consultant and I felt he was always on my side. I love my new car! I had a Nissan in the past and also have always been treated well at Campbell Nissan in the service center. I will continue going to them in the future. More
