We visited a handful of car dealerships but nowhere else did we find a great selection of pre-owned cars, honest answers to our questions, and a knowlegeable sales consultant who allowed us to walk away to consider our options without asking for any personal information. We're very happy with the Altima we purchased at Campbell Nissan, and the price we paid. Never imagined how nice it would be to lock/unlock the car and drive away without ever touching the key! More

He pinpointed my needs and had a Nissan Xterra that fit my needs perfectly. The SUV was in excellent condition for a 2008 model and the price was just what I could afford. I had setup a pre-apporved loan with my bank but they were having a fit over a minor overage on the price.(I forgot to figure in the sales tax and license fees!) Jesse the finance manager hooked me up with the credit union they use and I got a better interest rate and lower payments. I had to turn in the rental car that I was using and Jess, my salesman, came to my house and picked me up the next morning so I could pick up my vehicle!! Service above and beyond my expectations. All the folks at Campbell Nelson Nissan were extremely courteous and very helpful. I was a real pleasure to do business that believes in old fashioned customer service! I highly recommend these folks for you next purchase. More

When we got home they mailed the license plate to the wrong address, however usps forward it to our correct address and our address on the vehicle registration was wrong as well. I've been calling the past two weeks, with no call back, even though the reception is the assured me they would call me back in a week for an update. It's been a week and two days. I have purchase three cars in the past 3 years. I've never had a bad experience until now. I'm very disappointed in their communication. I plan on having to fix their mistake myself. Uodate: I received a phone call after 2 and a half weeks, they seem to be resolving the issue. More

They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. And the price presented on the internet was the price that they asked for. Other dealerships I was considering wanted up to $3,000 more than the listed price. And they were pleasant and personable over all. More

I'd actually contacted John from out-of-state a couple months in advance of our arrival to the area, and even with a specific list of option demands on our part, he took our inquiry seriously and kept in touch via phone and email. His sales approach is refreshingly honest and delightfully low-key. When we were ready to commit he orchestrated a same-day delivery of our desired Murano from another dealership in the state, and supervised beyond his scheduled hours all the way down to directing the final vehicle detailing before we drove away. John also went the extra mile in accommodating our trade-in from another state. Our experience here without question made for the easiest and most enjoyable new car purchase to date -- they're definitely not your average dealership. More

Johnnie Lamm is the Man! I have bought and sold many cars, I also work in sales so I understand what incentives are going on behind the scenes. Good sales people deserve recognition and will always get repeat customers. Johnnie is a great example of this. No pressure, no tactics, just a very pleasant experience, and great service. You still have to go through the typical car buying stuff, but the dealership and Johnnie made it a fantastic experience. I originally went to Bellevue Nissan to try and trade my car in for a Leaf. I got the typical car buying experience, which was not pleasant. That is when I went to Cambell Nisaan and met Johnnie. They gave me a very reasonable offer on my car and we negotiated a little bit (of course) and walked out with the Leaf I wanted, a great deal for my trade-in, and a pleasant dealership experience. I would highly recommend Johnnie and the team and Campbell Nelson! More

He didn't mind spending extra time to go over everything with me multiple times so I knew exactly how the process worked. I truly felt like family when I walked out of the dealership in my new VW Gti autobahn. Thank you so much Johnnie! I love my car! More
New Altima! Great Experience! Great Day! Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was not unexpected, but I also looked at the Sentra, Versa, and Maxima. Initially, I did not expect to make a purchase. I tend to take my time - I like "car shopping" and doing test drives. I really like learning about the new models and their features. I have been to Campbell Nelson for services and have always had a good experience. I met Roy after browsing the car lot and then going into the store to look at the showroom. What great showroom! I was greeted by a very friendly person at the storefront door. Unlike some car stores, I truly felt no pressure to make a purchase and enjoyed my visit. After about an hour I left the dealership and went and had lunch and looked at the information Roy and David (John?) gave me. I came back and shopped again. I was met with the same friendliness. After test driving a used 2014 Altima and a new Sentra (a very neat car BTW....), Roy showed me a new 2016 Altima as we were talking about prices and financing possibilities. We took a new 2016 Altima out for a drive - it was awesome! Plus I loved the color and how it felt during the drive. Roy was a great passenger!.... He was also a great salesperson - very easy to talk to and never any pressure to make a decision. He is one of the best I have ever dealt with. We returned to the dealership and David O'Brien came out and did an assessment on my 2008 Altima. He gave a very good price and Roy showed me the Nissan financing promotion. What a deal! So, we started the paperwork. I met Matt who offered me insurance options and then Cecil for the financing process. Cecil was great! He throughly explained everything. It was a lot of information - there are so many options but he made it very simple to understand. Just prior to moving forward on the deal, I Roy offered me an opportunity to meet one of the business founders - Mr. Campbell. What an interesting and pleasant person! Truly a people person. At the end of the day, I drove off with a new Altima. But what really made it worthwhile was the experience. This dealerships' personnel are easy going and respectful and committed to answering all your questions. WWZ More
