Dino Tukes and Travis Meyers went above and beyond to make my entire experience excellent. They worked hard and were sincere in their motivation to support and value a relationship with a continuing customer. They followed through when they said they would, they worked hard to get me the best deal and made the process from beginning to end a great one. My new Murano is amazing and I have them to thank for it!? More
I took my 2001 Nissan Maxima to this dealer to have my passenger side headlamp replaced. They said the job took 30 minutes and would cost $85 bucks. Really??Supposedly, these are difficult and time consum passenger side headlamp replaced. They said the job took 30 minutes and would cost $85 bucks. Really??Supposedly, these are difficult and time consuming to replace. I bought the bulb and decided to try it myself. Sure it was a pain, but I am not a professional and pretty much know nothing about cars, but it took me only 25 minutes to do myself. I use to have a Honda Accord which I would take to the dealer and pay $12.00 for the lamp and they would install it as a COURTESY! Crappy, crappy customer service. I will never bring my car to this dealer for any service work whatsoever. I rated a 3 on friendliness because the parts guy was actually helpful to me and seemed like he cared. More
First of all, I am reviewing the Campbell Nelson Nissan service department. This review does not reflect upon the Campbell Nelson Nissan new and used car sales at this dealership. The service advisers service department. This review does not reflect upon the Campbell Nelson Nissan new and used car sales at this dealership. The service advisers are friendly and helpful, but that is because the service charges are way overpriced (even for a dealership?). I was charged $300 over two visits just to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. The first time I went in, I was charged $250 for them to tell me that they couldn't find the problem and to come back in. The next time I was charged $110 and I had to negotiate with the service manager to knock down the bill. At least they found the problem... I was quoted 1,300+ to replace ignition coils and spark plugs. The Campbell Nelson Nissan parts manager quoted me $600 for the parts alone and that is before a 15% discount that he offered. $700 in labor for that type of work? Another shop in Seattle quoted me ~$1000, and another quoted me $650. Both of these shops get great reviews here on Yelp. The shop I ended up going to did not charge me for diagnostic services and here's the kicker. Campbell Nelson Nissan's service department was WRONG! They mis-diagnosed the problem with my car. The service guys at Campbell Nelson Nissan are nice enough, but this is just another dealership operation that is going to overcharge, and they might not do the work correctly. At least at small shops you can negotiate the costs. More
S T A Y A W A Y from this Stealer, I took my car for oil change and was told that 7.5k service is due which include Tire rotation, lube doors hinges, clean battery and air filter among other things. I oil change and was told that 7.5k service is due which include Tire rotation, lube doors hinges, clean battery and air filter among other things. I agreed to get the service perform and paid for it. After the service, I open the hood to see if they overfill my oil again and notice that there is not one finger prints to the pile of dust on the air filter box, no finger print on the dusty battery, all my door hinges are bone dry, and my tires are not rotated! That is stealing! I paid for the service and didn't get it. I told the service advisor and he told me in my face that they did the service, what a bunch of liers! How do you possibly do all that if the engine compartment full of dust looks the same and the rim that I hit the ramp still on the same location meaning the tires are not rotated! D o N o t G o to Campbell Nelson Nissan! Look at their website employment link, they need a technician no experience needed! Don't let them work on your Nissan. More
Bought a gently used Nissan with 3000 miles on it. In the first 2 months I had to go to the service department 7 times. Each time they did a quick fix and before I got to the next block, my light would come first 2 months I had to go to the service department 7 times. Each time they did a quick fix and before I got to the next block, my light would come back on. One repair required them to remove the entire interior of my car, and somehow they neglected to install it again. My back seat to this day is not attached and falls off at a sudden stop. They damaged a trim piece as well. I returned to have these things remedied, and another quick fix later, broken trim interior and a busted back seat. Finally I went to Nissan of the Eastside and not only did they fix the problem, they washed and vacuumed my car, and discovered that Campbell Nelson had not been reporting any of the warranty work to Nissan. Now who knows what my car has been through? Even my articulate and poignant complaint letter to the general manager went unacknowledged. Inefficient, ineffective service department, high turnover of employees. Their slogan is "Customer Driven". I say "Customer Driven Crazy By Lousy Service. Bad, Bad, Bad. More

I had called to make an appointment for service that would last 4 hours long, I had told them that I needed a loaner. When I got there, they told me that the appointment to get a loaner needed to have been made 2 weeks in advance. Could have told me sooner. Experience 2: I made an appointment that required my car to be left at the service station overnight and picked up the next day. I had told them I needed a loaner. They told me that they had no loaner vehicles available, so I told the scheduler to schedule me on a day in which one were available. I got my appointment date and when I came, they sent me to ENTERPRISE. What happened there? Experience 3: I needed service that typically came with vacuuming and a car wash. When I had gotten it 2 hours later, they didn't vacuum the floors because their was stuff on it (CD case and umbrella) that they could not lift off the floor, and they had failed to wash it.. they had only wiped it with a dry cloth (it was pretty obvious). Time and time again, I try and give their Service Department another chance. Perhaps improve over time. Only to be, time and time again, disappointed and frustrated with their service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More
The staff has attritioned at an alarming rate. The sales people, the sales manager, finance specialist, the service staff have all changed in a 1 year period. This has led to poor customer service at the people, the sales manager, finance specialist, the service staff have all changed in a 1 year period. This has led to poor customer service at the Campbell Nissan dealership where just a year ago I would have rated it superb. The last time I was at the dealership around July 2006, no sales people approached me. I went to service for my scheduled oil change, was quoted a hour and was not asked which type of oil I would like. I traditionally use synthetic as I own a 350Z GTR and they put in regular oil. The car was not washed which many dealerships will do for you or vacuumed. Even Jiffy Lube vacuums your car and washes your windows. When my car broke down and I need it towed to a dealership, Campbell Nelson was booked solid and told me they had no time for me and couldn't look at it. This is for warranty repair which I bought extended warranty for but even then my car is only 1 year old. I had my car towed to the Olympia dealership which was quick to respond and kept me in the loop the entire time. The second time my car broke I took it to Performance Nissan in Everett who quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired shortly and notified me immediately of when they diagnosed it as well as when it was fixed and available for pick up. The lack of customer service and the poor service is most likely due to the replacement of staff in my opinion. I can only guess at why they left the company but given the state it is in now, I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this dealership and I would be wary of other Campbell Nelson dealerships. More
