The Service Department are absolutely indescribable! Unfriendly, unhelpful and they are a bunch of liars! Ya on the outside they are really nice and they talk nicely to you. They always lied about whether they have a customer loan car for use and they would make you wait for hours in the shop to service your car. The price that they charged are also very expensive. Their labor charge may be cheaper than Nissan Eastside, but I would have saved more than a hundred buck getting a new pair of keys at Nissan Eastside. The outrageous bad customer service is not worth the savings of the labor charge and I reccomend servicing your car at Nissan Eastside. More
After speaking with 3 different Nissan dealerships in the greater Seattle area, I returned to Campbell Nelson Nissan to purchase my 2011 Nissan Rogue. I am a single female and I never felt any pressure to bu greater Seattle area, I returned to Campbell Nelson Nissan to purchase my 2011 Nissan Rogue. I am a single female and I never felt any pressure to buy anything, there was never the back and forth tricks, and at no time did I feel like I couldn't leave. I cannot say that about the other 2 Nissan dealerships I went to. John Kelch and his team when above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and I believe they gave me a very good price. I am extremely happy with my buying experience at Campbell Nelson. I cannot recommend John Kelch and Campbell Nelson Nissan enough. Learn from my mistake and don't even bother going to the other Nissan dealerships... it will only make buying the actual car you want more difficult. More

In particular, the service adviser John, with whom I have had the most dealings, knows my vehicle and my personal preferences well. It is rewarding to communicate with someone on my same wavelength when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. From the moment I call Michelle - the person who is often the initial customer contact for Campbell Nelson - to the paying of my bill, I get the distinct feeling I am continually being heard and that my questions are being answered. I have never had a problem coming. Every time I come for service everyone is friendly. I never feel pushed to buy anything I don't want or didn't come in for. My previous lease on a Nissan Murano was ending, and I needed to find a new car. Ray showed me some options I was thinking about...what I could do lower my monthly payments and so on and had a lot of great questions and ideas for me. Ulitmately, Ray's knowledge of the Nissan line, his exceptional professionalism, and an ability to make this an easy deal led me to another lease with Campbell Nelson and a new '10 Pathfinder. I'm extremely happy with how well the whole deal went down and have high praise for Ray and the whole crew at Campbell Nelson! More

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. He let me and my husband take it by ourselves for a test drive and did not pressure us to buy it. Not only do I own a volkswagen but a nissan as well. Both stores have a great sense of knowledge and are always willing to go out of their way to make your experience "5 stars" I have been working with John stores have a great sense of knowledge and are always willing to go out of their way to make your experience "5 stars" I have been working with John for the past year or so and he has been very helpful. I know he isn't trying to rip me off regardless of the car issue or whatever. I think anyone who lives around here with a Nissan should go to Campbell Nelson. They will not be sorry! :) More
